I was traveling solo and stopped in wanting a small hand pie. All they sold were 12" round pies, more than I could eat. They did sell 4" square cookies for $2 that were great. Pies looked delicious. Place is only open on weekends.

Have to give them 5 stars. This place came highly recommend by everyone we talked to. Now we know why. First our waiter was great, the food was outstanding. I had one of the nightly specials. Rabbit. This was highly recommend by our waiter. Outstanding! She had the grilled salmon. No need to compliment them anymore. Best restaurant in the area.

Espresso machine broken, so ordered regular coffee. Nothing special; however the cinnamon chip muffin was to die for!

Silver Sage Grille gives you a comfortable dining experience, offering great service in a "casual-elegant" environment. Our menu is best described as American-Eclectic with Cajun and Texas inspired dishes. Fantastic Food. Great Service. Wonderful Ambience.
I was advised that this was the place to eat in town. The advice was very good. I arrived
early evening for dinner, was promptly seated and served my drink. The food arrived in a timely manner, was hot, and the presentation was excellent. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. The cost was reasonable It was clean and had a nice atmosphere.

Noting fancy but good, fresh pastries and coffee at a fair price. Visited twice during our stay in Canyon Lake. They have a variety of doughnuts, twistees etc. The kolaches varied with combinations of sausages, cheese and jalapenos.

Authentic Italian food made from scratch when you order it! Stop in for lunch or dinner and treat yourself and your family to only the best!
The food was excellent and very authentic. My husband had the Chicken Picatta and he said it was some of the best he had ever eaten. The Chicken Portifino was great. Loved the olive oil mixture they brought for the bread. We will go back next time we are in Canyon Lake.

Selected this restaurant for its view of the lake and marina. Dreary February day, the Sun decided to peak out 20 minutes before sunset allowing for a couple pics on the deck. Food was good, server was attentive. I'm sure during season this establishment is packed.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and decided on the swiss and mushroom burger. It was a large (~1/3 lb) hand-shaped burger that was very tasty. The French fries were sufficient, but not exceptional. I would stop here again, and would probably give the daily plate lunch a try.
Note: Check their hours, and plan accordingly. Their lunch hours are pretty good, but they are only open for dinner on Thursday and Friday. Another item of note is that they only accept cash and checks.
