In May 2016 Canby was featured on ABC's series 20/20 (U.S. TV series), when the local "Canby Psychic" was part of an investigation of swindling a local rancher of $15 million.

Drove by the restaurant today and thought, hmmmm, why not. So glad we did. Service is so efficient. Several people serving, cleaning tables, and what ever else needs to be done. Food was excellent. Good flavors, tender meats, tasty lentil soup, and excellent tea. Baklava for desert with almonds and ice cream was the perfect finish. We will be back.

Oh my goodness, this place is wonderful! If the chocolate aroma doesn't get you the minute you walk in the door, then the candy will. Chocolate of all kinds, and the choices are...well, let's just say that there's chocolate for every taste. And yes, they do have chocolate ladybugs! This is a great candy store!

We got 4 drinks and paid with different sets of monies and even the girls there were extremely busy they made change with a smile. They made some good drinks, except mine was way to sweet, but I was going for a Smores and they didn't have graham cracker so I said use hazelnut and marshmallow. Next time will go with one flavor. They were friendly though.

For big city dwellers this will be Just a warm meal, but for Canby it's a big deal. It's almost a bad imitation of Newberg's "Cooperstown". The service however is prompt. Enough tv's to make you dizzy, but some people enjoy that.

Tiny little stand with all the usual tasty Mexican plates. The pork and chicken enchiladas were stuffed full of tender meat! Very limited seating- a few stools and one table inside and a few picnic tables outside. We sat with two strangers who said the place is very popular with the locals - who call ahead and pick up their orders. Went here based on all the great reviews and were not disappointed!

....because, Damn....the portions ( breakfast) are Huge! The absolute best chicken-fried-steak Ive ever had. Everything is homemade & what a difference that makes. The biscuits are both hearty and light & fluffy...how do they do that?? Sausage gravy is ridiculously good. We were 1rst timers, in town for work, but left knowing everyone--even the talented chef who talked with us outside. This is one of those hidden little gems that every town needs. Pappy, you run a friendly, cool, relaxed, amazing place & we are so glad we just happened upon it!!!

Fast (under 12 minutes). Extremely clean. A bargain: an entree and appetizer is good for 3 meals. Absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender, all white meat. Veggies were bright and crisp (no yellow on the broccoli). Rice was perfect. Satay was moist and tender, and had a delicious spice. Superb in every way. Staff was courteous. And did I mention fast and clean?

We've been long time fans for Fultano's Pizza in Canby. Over the years we've gone there many a time for family get-togethers and celebrating end of soccer seasons. This past weekend we called in an order for delivery. They do not disappoint! On-time delivery of piping-hot pizza.This really took the stress out of feeding a crowd. Their crust, sauce and toppings are all excellent! Glad we ordered enough to have left-overs. :)

I've had Thai food in Thailand but this wasn't it. I was so hoping for a taste from the past but was sorely disappointed. After visiting our youngest daughter my wife decided to bring home some Thai food, Orange chicken and Param. The orange chicken had tiny pieces of chicken in very thick fry batter, about 80% batter and 20% chicken. Frankly we get better from Winco deli. It was cooked OK but was very weak on flavor.
The Param was a little gummy, chicken tough, and the spinach was...well at first I thought it was cooked lettuce. The flavor was there but texture wise unimpressive.
I'm reluctant to spend my money on further dishes.
