Don't miss this place - they have a terrific selection of do-nut varieties, many that are not normally seen.
The individual do-nuts are as tasty as they are large - purchasing a dozen of them finds all 13 do-nuts in a carton the size of a small shipping carton.
They obviously must be doing everything right - being able to boast that they have been in business continuously for the past 56 years, that is some accomplishment..
A friendly spot where one can enjoy a coffee and a do-nut (or two) while having lots of free parking area outside.
A rare spot - one that does not cut corners by making tiny two bite do-nuts.
I'll bet that if you buy a box of Donna's do-nuts, the carton will be short one or two before you can make it home.

Full service bakery and deli. Imported and domestic specialty liquor, beer, wine, chesses and groceries. 20 tap Growler Station. Meat, seafood and produce. Beautiful giftware and giftbaskets. House roasted coffee.
Their wine and packaged food selection is considerable, but beware of their expiration dates! I've purchased expensive cheese that was a year out of date as well as $5 a gallon milk that was outdated! (They blamed the Gurnsey milk man for that, as if he managed the store.). Their staff is unbelievably inefficient and just flat out slow and rude. The baked goods can be excellent or stale and old. After not crossing their threshold in over a year, I did stop in for a few baked goods recently. Stale, dry, and congealed lemon bars was my reward for giving them another chance. I'm DONE with their bakery/deli. Anything else I may purchase there will be because of dire need. It is just a shame because it could be a gem in the community that would draw shoppers for miles! The management is just beyond incompetent and has been for years. Very sad!

This is my "go to" restaurant. It has been for 30 years. The service is fast, food is good, and the prices are reasonable. As a regular, I know most of the staff and many of the customers. Like going home for breakfast or lunch.

Service was great. We were seated immediately, and our waitress quickly brought us drinks and bread. Food came very quickly, and the waitress often checked to make everything was good.
I loved the food. I had the Mostaccioli Alforno (Mostaccioli with Meat Sauce baked with Mozzarella and Provolone). The portion was enormous, and could have fed at least four people. I took a lot home, and heated it up for lunch next day. Bread and garlic butter was fabulous. Salad with house dressing was delicious.
Atmosphere was very comfortable and casual.
What do I like the best? The sauce on the pasta. So sweet and so yummy.

I love their cinnamon chip bread, It's delicious, fresh and very addicting!!!!
The Parmesan Sourdough bread is also a favorite of ours! They also make delicious sandwiches and desserts! and the people who work here are wonderful! I highly recommend this place for breakfast sandwiches, lunch, and to try out their awesome bakery! They also provide a lot of healthier options as well!

We've gone to Ziggy's for years. Seems as though the staff is not very well trained in preparing a twist; they seem to be very lopsided and for the size ordered, kinda small. Overall though it's a good, cold treat. Extremely busy in the summer.

We ordered 3 large pizzas, including a vegetarian. Our group loved it all. Very tasty. Prompt delivery service too.

The food was tasty, though rather pricey for what it is. Our server was very friendly but not very attentive, hence the poor review.
Several orders at our table were delivered incorrectly; my dish was brought *three* times before it was correct, and by then everyone at my table had already finished their meals. Not even an offer to comp my meal or my beverage for their error....In fact, the waiter had the nerve to blame me for ordering wrong--which I did not (he even repeated it to me correctly); everyone at our table clearly heard precisely what I'd (correctly) ordered. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's terrible customer service to blame the customer for what was clearly the server's and kitchen's error.

Was looking for REAL homemade taste....like grandma made, but very disappointed.
We were a party of 10, but most ordered small dishes. The food was lacking flavor
in general and most of the dishes came out just warm. Most of the dishes looked like
it was warmed up in the microwave. It was St Paddys day but not many tables....ordered a pitcher of margaritas, but without telling us they turned it Green...and it either affected the taste or not a good choice to order. Overall not a great experience...maybe it was an off day.

Savory & sweet crepes, locally roasted coffee, local ingredients, homemade food
I've been here many times, usually on the weekend. The food is consistently good. I love that they post their ingredients and that they use local ingredients. I've found a favorite on their menu, and it's the Monte Cristo crepe, which has ham and cheese, with raspberry jam on the top. They don't have many people working behind the counter,so there can be quite a wait for the crepes to be made. If you order a specialty coffee beverage, there will likely be an even longer wait. (So,plan ahead and don't come here when you're in a rush.) The hours here are shorter on weekdays, so plan to eat breakfast or lunch here on a Monday through Thursday, or come later on a weekend night. I was unfortunately not aware of this, and I wasted my time parking several blocks away and walking to their location one day after work, only to be disappointed to see that they had closed at 4 p.m. Their menu is posted on their website, so check it out and give this friendly little place a chance. Their seating is limited, but during nice weather the tables outside are a good option. You can order your crepe to go, too.
