This place is located within a gas station just off Interstate 20. I have enjoyed the ice cream each time and the staff does a great job of moving the line.

Read several reviews about this place and decided to make a trip and try it out. We were definately pleased. The french fries were cut from potatoes not frozen ones. I tried the piedmont philly - delicious sandwich. My dad tried out a cheeseburger. If I ever get out that way again I will look forward to stopping in for a meal.

We went here for lunch. This place is definitely local, and local is good. The restaurant is casual. There is a counter where one orders and a dining area that features several tables. There are several types of BBQ available. Drinks are lemonade and sweet tea for free refills, and several types of soda, served in the can with a cup of ice.
I went with the pork platter. This features a healthy helping of pulled pork - vinegar based - hushpuppies, rice with hash, and coleslaw. Under 10$. The pork was great. I tried some of the sauce, also vinegar based. It was good, but I had plenty of vinegar! The rice with hash was ok, as was the coleslaw.
If you are in the area, this place is one that you will want to hit.

Clean restrooms, Clean and large dining area. And a buffet. We prefer the grilled chicken, and they were able to accommodate our request whenever we returned for more. Plenty of other items to choose including the chicken gizzards and livers. Enjoyed our on-the-road buffet lunch break. Small dinner that night.

We stopped for lunch returning from the beach. Since it is a place that serves primarily chicken, the menu favored those selections. The food was tasty, but we had to wait over a half hour after placing our order for lunch. In their defense, we stopped at one of their busy times, but the wait for our food was still entirely too long!

Raley's is a small, local, family cafe in downtown Bishopville SC. It was established in 1946 and is still operated by members of the same family. My wife and I visited Raley's for a quick lunch and were pleased with the food and service. We ordered cheeseburgers all the way which also came with chili. Lots of locals eat here and they serve mostly burgers, fries, hot dogs, and fried chicken, but there are other items to choose from on the menu such as B-B-Q, and even bologna sandwiches. Raley's is in an old building and is not much to look at on the outside, but the food is prepared by hand, not frozen. You place your order at the counter inside and pick it up at the same counter. There are a lot of tables with seating for about 30. The restaurant is clean and also friendly. Raley's closes at 6pm M-F and 3pm Sat. It is a an interesting place.

Perhaps it's due to the slow atmosphere of Bishopville, SC, but I haven't seen a sit down Pizza Hut in years. Whenever I'm feeling nostalgic, I will visit this location for salad, bread sticks, and sausage pizza with green peppers. I remember when this chain used to sell dessert pizza, but I believe they have discontinued it.

Dec 7th am. Locals were so nice. Learned more here from them and staff than at the museum in town. Best coffee my hubby has ever had. Eggs made perfectly as ordered. Eloise was the greatest server we've ever had at a WH.

They are always speedy with the orders and the food is just the way you order it. Rarely have any problems with my orders and my family loves this place. We love the sweet and sour chicken.
