Very few times I use the term Memorable Experience to describe a restaurant. This is it.
I just return from Artisanal and was delighted with the ambiance, the menu, the food, the wine list and last but certainly not least the service.
Our server, Natalie was truly superb. She made our total experience truly memorable. She should be commended.
I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Play Putt Putt Day And Night And In Summer We Do Outdoor Movies On A 300" Screen With Surround Sound
We are here twice during our recent vacation. They have a good beer selection. They are pricey, but we found that most places are in the area. My son had the kids spaghetti & meatballs which was $8.50, but included garlic mozzarella bread. The first night my husband and I had the Formaggio pizza with ham..my husband loved it m, but to me it tasted only like ricotta only and the ham was very minimal. The 2nd visit we had a pizza with ham, onions & mushrooms and it was delicious. The crust on the pizza is really good.
We also had desserts and donuts from the coffee house also located inside the pizzeria, which is all made by the lady who runs it and all was delicious!

Fred and Larrys is a small family owned coffee shop that serves locally roasted organic conrads beans. Along with smoothies, milk shakes, Italian soda, local pastries, and pacific island specialty teas such as kava kava and Kratom. We have live music every Friday from 7 - close for our weekly open mic night. We are a favorite local hang out for all ages serving some of the most unique drinks you'll find in the high country.
Stopped in with a 2/1 coupon. Great gal behind counter told us about the area while she made our coffees. Best coffee we had on the trip.Thank you so much for the great review! We look forward to seeing you back here next time you are in town.

We each had starters, salads and mains - a tremendous amount of food for two people, but dinner at home the next day was delicious again. Courtney our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Debbie at the front desk was charming. The food was delicious with many choices which looked tempting. The building is absolutely beautiful with old world charm.

Fellow Floridian behind the scoop to make for great conversation along with flavorful ice cream. This is our for-sure "go to" place to take the kiddo for some delicious eats. Set aside from the main restaurant, and convenient little room holds all the goodness anyone could enjoy. Stop in for some deliciousness!

Stonewalls stands alone for quality and service in the Banner Elk area. This was our 2nd time dinning at Stonewalls, both times the service was excellent, and our dinners very well prepared. We went in without reservations on Valentines Day, as they did not any reservations available. The owner went out of his way (did not have to - place was busy) to accommodate us. We proceeded to have a wonderful dinner and met some people at the bar, and had a great time. Hard to find a restaurant of this quality in this area.

I asked our resort manager for restaurant recommendations. This was one of them. My GPS would not find the restaurant, and when I called the guy who answered the phone spoke poor English and could not tell me.
All that aside, the food was abundant and tasty. Service was excellent. The table side guacamole was outstanding. The young lady who mixed it, told us about the ingredients and we could have had her leave out some. We did not, and it was magnificent.
Our food, Fried Chimichangas, Bostic Steak, and a special burrito were perfect. They have a salsa bar, so you can go fill little containers with any of 6 or 8 possibilities.
I eat in a lot of Mexican restaurants, and this one is superior to them all. If we come back here, it will be my first stop.
