Outdoor dining overlooking a working waterfront wharf. Seafood and non-seafood items available. Cash only. BYOB or vending machine. Open Mother's Day weekend thru Columbus Day, rain or shine
Erica's is very basic, but consistently good for seafood. Nothing fancy. Bring your own wine and beer. There are usually enough picnic tables to go around.

We ate here for the first time last week. Our dinner included highs and lows. Our server (Amy?) was excellent. Friendly and attentive. Our lobster quesadilla was fresh and tasty. The lobster perfectly cooked. Reminded us of seafood quesadillas we enjoyed in Mexico. Husband’s fried oysters were small and sweet. We were told the oysters were from Massachusetts. My seafood plattter was plentiful in a light batter but some items were over cooked and dry. We enjoyed the view and a leisurely meal. Would definitely return for lunch.

We've eaten here twice on our trip. Simple menu, great food, cute spot. You eat outside, but they have a tented area with a few picnic tables. Great view while you eat.

My kids and I have a rule about vacation candy stores - no candy you can get from the Dollar Store. The owner does have a few Jolly Ranchers, but the majority of the store holds her magnificent Wilemena Wonka magical candy and chocolate. The bacon chocolate was well-worth the trip. We left there with $80 of awesomeness: family gifts, handmade chocolate bars, candy "rock pebbles", and candy Lego "bricks" of all sizes. So worth the trip!

Everything is good in this restaurant. Great breakfast. Love the lobster reuben sandwich. Everything is fresh and delicious. Great small local place. Try the prime rib dinner on the weekend, you won't be sorry.

I have photos available. Their specialty is fish chowder.
We had a wonderful lunch.
The Dolphin is a gorgeous restaurant with views galore.
Service was personable and quick.
One quibble, the hot tea choices were terrible. There were only herbals or Lipton.
I has a terrific lobster, brie and bacon sandwich, which was the daily special. My hubby's haddock sandwich was also great.
Give it a try.

After four days on the mid coast of Maine I can pronounce Cook’s lobster roll as the best I had. It was reasonably portioned and that was the “traditional” serving, not the “jumbo”. Lobster Mac and Cheese was tasty, too — liked the ritz crumb topping. That could have used a little more lobster for the price. Views from the dining area were scenic. Maybe because it’s the end of season, but the restaurant needs a good cleaning.

We visited approx 20 lobster venues. The best roll was at the clam shack in k. But the best lobster we had at Estes. Both waitresses were super nice. They had wifi. They had restrooms. The lobster was the best value by far. The mussels and the house salad were great as well. I highly recommend estes.

After an early morning hike on the Giants Stairs, I stopped and got a still-warm blueberry muffin to reward myself. It was heavenly. The next morning, my wife, a friend, and I went and got blueberry pancakes. They were awesome -- and huge. (Only get one unless you are a huge eater!).

We stayed at the Log Cabin Island Inn in August and are returning there this weekend. A lot has been said on tripadvisor about the wonderful accommodations and the friendly atmosphere. I wanted to add that the food is very good, too. We had dinner at the inn one night during our stay. There were four of us. We each ordered something diferent, and everyone was very happy with their meal.
