Six of us ( 3 senior couples ) and all neighbors, that live on the same street, ate lunch here ( at Glencoe) on Friday. Was really surprised that it was not overcrowded. As everyone ordered several different things, heard no complaints and we all were pleased with the food and service. I have only experienced one item that I thought could be different and that is the lasagne. It is made with Italian Sausage, but I feel like the amount of Italian Sausage overpowers the dish itself; I would use less Sausage, because it seems to be more on the chunky side. Otherwise, we have never had a bad meal. Got to say that my very favorite is the Mediterranean pasta. Love everything on the menu, but wonder if having menu ‘ specials ‘ on certain days might be an idea ?

We drive over from Georgia after being told about this place. The posted hours said they open at 4pm (Alabama time) on Saturdays. We arrived about 10 minuets till 4 and was surprised to see so many people already inside.
Josh was our server and after bringing drinks and taking our order brought out a cast iron skillet of corn bread, tub of cole slaw and some white onions. To be honest, could have made a meal out of the slaw and cornbread! We both ordered popcorn shrimp. Lightly breaded and tasted great! We had a ton of left overs and Josh brought us the standard take out boxes... plus a container and lid for the slaw and a bag to put it all in! Did someone say “slaw dogs” for dinner??? We took pictures and sent to friends. They want to come next time! We will try to arrive early and get a window seat to look at the river!

Food is always very good. Staff is friendly and the food is cooked fresh in front of you. Place is hard to find but just off I59/Hwy77. Never unhappy with their food!

Each day, Pruett’s has a different special for that day. Wednesday’s are particularly busy because of the chicken and dressing, which is very popular. It’s usually busy around 12 noon till about 1:30 pm. Of course, you can order anything else, off the menu, should you choose to. Just good home cooking ! Visit their website for more information.

Tucked away in an unassuming building. Don't let that fool you. Inside is wonderful, fresh, flavorful food. I have had pineapple rice, it was so tasty and fresh. The basil rolls with peanut sauce is amazing. The coconut cake lives up the hype. This last time I tried the chicken curry bowl. So creamy and delightful. I love being able to get full and be healthy at the same time. We came once really close to closing time never once did feel rushed. The decor is simple but fresh as the food.

My husband and I recently ate lunch at this establishment in historic downtown Attalla. It is a homey, comfortable cafe, nicely decorated with country antiques. The menu offers a range of soups, sandwiches, and freshly made salads. There is also an array of yummy baked goods. Everything is prepared fresh daily. My husband had a Turkey club which was small in size, but big on taste. I had the salad combo plate which included pimento cheese, chicken salad, and the most wonderful grape salad that I have ever tasted. It was made with grapes, crushed walnuts, and sour cream. It was served with crackers and fresh bread with strawberry spread. The portions on my plate were very generous and my husband had to help me finish!! Our bill for this delightful lunch was modest (about $15 for the both of us). The only unfortunate thing is this little jewel is only open for lunch Wed.-Thurs.-Fri. The Cupboard also offers catering and specialized cakes for events such as birthdays, weddings, etc.

This is the place to go. By far the best fast food breakfast around. Burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches are always fresh and warm. Dinner plates available.

Great staff and food.If you like grits, go when Brandon is cooking. I was raised on grits, he makes the best I've ever had. He should be the trainer for all the locations. They go out of there way to be polite and insure your food is perfect. Love it.
