Sweet Joy Shoppe is a coffee shop with a lot going on. Our baristas can make you a specialty coffee or tea drink while our chef makes a lovely breakfast or lunch, and you can shop from our great selection of local art, jewelry, food and toys. We do our best to provide fresh wholesome, not fried, cuisine with a friendly atmosphere.
They open 7:30 sharp....great service and great atmosphere. Coffee was good. They retail products are fun as well.

We pulled off the interstate on our way home from vacation and found this gem. Homemade chips and salsa, NOT out of the bag. Wait staff very friendly and courteous, on top of refills, but the best was the food. Delicious authentic Mexican! The three of us had enough food for lunch, we weren't hungry the rest of the day. Wish this was closer to us! Clean and delightfully decorated.

Service was slow, food was OK. Very busy for middle of the week. Mole was pretty good, chips OK salsa was missing something not sure. Good margaritas.

We were traveling and just happened upon this place after 10 hours of driving. $9.99 per person for a buffet that included a great salad bar with great toppings, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and of course pizza. Drink was included! The pumpkin pie pizza for dessert was outstanding. Overall, a great experience!

Another local favorite supper club upstairs....not open all the time. Downstairs is a bar. Good food. Nice servers. Worth trying. It is always very busy.

Really great roast beef dinner, hot beef sandwich is great too, real mashed potatoes and homemade gravy, great breakfast, good tenderloin sandwich. Real homemade pies and a great variety of homemade salads. Good service friendly folks and a great meal.

Good food at a good price. I had a sirloin that was done to perfection. We also had cheese balls and fried pickles for appetizers. Both of which were as good as expected. Good for you, not really, but they tasted good. Good time with family and good Dodd to go with it.

GREAT home cooking and very pleasant service. I highly recommend this place for great food! The building isn't very fancy, but that's okay. It's a small town restaurant that strives to make great meals and they accomplish that very easily.

This is a classic diner that provides incredible breakfast food and a very fair price. The service is very friendly. It also sits in the middle of downtown so one can do shopping after the meal has been had
