We stopped for breakfast and enjoyed our meal. My omelet was properly prepared. The scrambled eggs were a bit overdone for my wife. Service was efficient and friendly. They made a fresh pot of decaf for us. We would stop here again.

I happened upon Parkers three years ago and it was memorable enough to bring my whole family. There was a wait for seating, even with reservations, but the bartender was skilled and friendly while we waited for seats. My wife said he made the best Margarita that she ever had. They had a choice of at least five Nebraska microbrews as well as a few other beers. We ordered the "Ultimate Feast" which was supposed to feed 4-6 people. After six of us were absolutely stuffed, we still took home a large box full of BBQ chicken.

Godfathers has excellent Taco Pizza. Some of the best I have ever eaten. They also have a great chicken pizza and a large variety of toppings, crust choice and try hard to please the customers. They are more than willing to offer discounts, free drinks if you have to wait and other little things that help make them special. The food is very good, quick and made to order or eat off the buffet with or without the salad bar.

This is one of the friendliest bars in SE Ne. They tend to get rather busy and can sell a ton of beer during special parties they have for holidays or when live music is on hand.
They have excellent sandwiches, dinner specials and other food.. Several specials include Sunday Breakfast Buffet and all you can eat Pollack on Friday nights both for the low price of $7.95. Wed. ts Taco night, Sat. prime rib and other specials on other days and nights of the week. The bar often has huge parties for the holidays, with live music on occasion. They run Keno from the Denton, NE. Keno.
The bar has a country look, with nothing fancy but if you want to relax, have a great time and good food this is your place. Sit by the wood burning stove in the winter and a enjoy the patio or covered porch on the front of the bar during the spring and simmer months. .
Dons bar is a family owned business which was owned by Don and Rose for years. When Don past several years ago one of his grandson;s and his wife took it over. Not much has changed since many of the family members, like the new owner's mother, still work at the bar on a regular basis. They still serve the

Round the Bend Steakhouse is one of the premier steakhouses in Nebraska. Located in between Lincoln & Omaha nestled in the rolling hills of the Platte River Valley. Established in 1995 by Ron Olson, son & daughter-in-law TJ & Tifini Olson became the new owners in May of 2012, and have committed their restaurants & their lives to their Christian values & treat their guests with the upmost respect. So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
Service is always fast and friendly. Of course they have great steaks. We really like the fish. And, we usually have leftovers to take home. It is a wonderful family restaurant on the top of a hill in the middle of nowhere. Nice country view.

We have been traveling through this area for over 10 years and we make a point of stopping to get great pizza!! It is consistently excellent. It is always delicious! Staff is friendly. Breadeaux offers take out as well as dine options. They serve wings sandwiches, pasta, salads and feature build your own gourmet pizzas. This place is big pizza flavor and small town friendly!! It is located in historic downtown Ashland, NE

Established business under new ownership. Some changes to the menu, but the ambiance (none) remains from the previous go-round. They do have keno at this location, but thankfully they don't call the numbers out.
First visit under the new management, has been open approx. 1 month now. Don't know how much of the staff was here previously, but service definitely needs to improve. Ten minutes for our drinks after we ordered them (ice tea, nothing special and the waitress walked by our table empty handed twice in that time period).
Kitchen staff not paying attention to orders, nor was the girl who was bringing the orders out. Appetizer did not have the requested add-ons. Spouses meal was missing the sides and sauces. Waitress was good about checking, did notice while walking by the table on the meal issue, so she was on the ball in that respect.
Visited with some friends on the way out, their first visit also. One member of the party had the wrong meal, just ate it.
Two menu items were unavailable, even though weekend dinner time. Not a large menu to begin with. Hope it expands with experience.
Considering the owner's background and catering business, was disappointed with some of the options/choices on the menu.
The BBQ tot-nachos were very good.

The best time to go to KC's Eastside Bar is for lunch on Tues. They have homemade tacos and taco salads on Tue. It does get busy so try to go early like around 11 am to noon to avoid the main rush. Not exactly sure of the price but it is average for the area. Owner of the bar seems to be a bit on the moody side and tends to run off business. Bar is on the dark and dingy side nothing special at all about the place other than the Tacos.

We had been wanting to try this newer place in Ashland. The interior is smaller, more of a cozy environment.
The menu is low on choices, about a half dozen each for Mexican and American fare. Both of us ate from the Mexican side. Our meals were very good, enjoyed the cook's take on this type of food. You get your choice of meat (beef, chicken, pork, chorizo) and salsa. Not typical in that there is a lack of sides with the meals.
We will more than likely be back, look forward to trying their breakfast menu.
