Angelo’s Picnic Pizza has a long tradition of hand crafting pizzas in the old world Italian style. Angelo, and family, opened the first store in the Hickory Hollow Mall in 1976. He and his wife, Sara, opened several locations, including the current location on Murfreesboro Road (opened in 1999). They ran the operation together until his passing in January 2010. Fortunately, the couple raised their family on the art of pizza making, and his son, Nick, was able to continue the tradition. Nick and his wife, Marcella, currently run the shop, and they have a son named Angelo (after their beloved father), who is already skilled in dough making! The LaMattina family received a proclamation from the metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County Council for dedication to service, length of time opened for a family-owned business, and for the great selection of authentic Italian food.

Found this bakery on trip advisor b/c we needed a cake for my sis's bday. They were so helpful with our order. I'm not from here so i had to call several times. We got red velvet cupcakes and a sheet cake. It was delicious! We also got a few dozen cookies which were also yummy!

The customer service! You immediately feel like you're part of the family. Very clean and organized.
We got the 3 meat sampler... Pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs. Amazing!! Their sauces were spot on.
And the banana pudding...homemade!
We happened to run into Fat Boys just driving down the road. I have to say the food gods were looking out for us!
We will definitely be back the next time we head to Tennessee!

The restaurant is located near the airport in a hotel. They have a large selection of dishes. The service is OK. The food is good and the portions large

We started with the Guacamole and cheese dip salsa and chips all Delish. I had the Tongue Burrito and my friend had beef burrito, huge and Delish, the only complaint was wished there had been more meat on the Burrito because the meat got lost with all the other things in it. The place was hopping when we got there it shows you how good it was will go again soon

So glad I tried it! The delivery is pretty high so I recommend take out or eating in. The pizza is pretty good, maybe 8/10. The wings are absolutely amazing though! The customer service was great and I plan to make this my regular pizza place.

This place serves up some excellent food and lots of it. I've eaten here several times and never found anything I didn't like. It's all so fresh and so good. I especially like the chicken fried rice for lunch. It's cheap and you get more than one person can (or should) eat! Seriously, it a big pile of food! Don't go expecting a lot of atmosphere, because there is none. Go for the food, you won't be disappointed.

Tried Olive Garden for the first time and was impressed with the general ambience, the quality of service and the food..... excellent . Looked so good I'd bitten into the meal before remembering to take pictures. Had great Zuppa Toscana soup (potatoes sausage and kale), fresh green salad, chicken fettuccine and amazing sweets (black tie chocolate mouse and lemon cake). Great evening out, the menu went down very well and we can be picky. One concern though........ if they could just tone down on the salt on the bread stick and in the Zuppa Toscana. It's not over the top...

I have never had a bad experience at Whitt's BBQ, any location. They are always consistent with their quality and their service. This location is a drive thru or walk up location only, they do not have an eat-in area. Wednesday's are 1/2 price sandwiches day. Their family packs are also a good value. They make their own BBQ sauce in 3 different types. I would highly recommend this BBQ to any local or visitor alike.

We arrived around 1:00pm. There was a wait. We waited 20 minutes.
I found the tables to close together making the area feel tight and crowded. The dining room felt dark and needs better lighting. Having been to the Cool Springs location this location feels older and less desirable in comparison. I preferred the CS space with less tables, more space, and brightness.
I ordered the pancakes. I won’t again. They are too sweet. They taste like powdered sugar. No syrup needed so sweet Alone. I ate one of the 3. The bacon was too salty.
The hash brown casserole is distinctly oniony.
The price was reasonable for breakfast at $10 plus tax and tip.
Yet I would not order the pancakes or bacon or potato casserole again. They were not enjoyable to me.
