Established in 2004 Rimrock's was created initially as a cozy place with a full bar in 2004. The menu was limited, but the decor was rustic with a real local feel. In 2008, Rimrock's expanded by adding a full kitchen, a bigger bar, more draft beer, and fl
Considering that it was very busy, the service from Vinny was friendly and good. Local beer selection was good as expected and at a good price. Food was delicious, too! We enjoyed couple different types of wings, Pesto Chicken and Vermonter sandwiches were tasty as were the Rimrocker and Tavern burgers.Worth a try!

We stopped for breakfast while on out hunting for covered bridges in the Stowe area. The servers there were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the location of the bridges. Then the food came, oh my goodness!!! What a delicious breakfast!!!!! Mom has the blueberry pancakes and they were LOADED with blueberries. Dad loved his French toast. I had a wonderful omelet with ham, bacon,, steak, spinach, cheese, other selected items.Highly recommend this restaurant... great food and seyWendy - Thank you so much for your kind words! Stopped in for a quick bite to eat as we heard good reviews about Ranch Camp. I ordered the kid's meal - crunchy chicken wrap with fries. The lunch was pretty filling for a kid's meal. The wrap was very tasty, but the fries were just ok. My husband had the cob salad with honey mustard dressing- beware of the dressing, it's basically mustard with just a hint of honey. The service was good, the atmospherew as uinique Not sure if I would go back.Hi Nancy, thanks for the review! Glad the kids bellies got filled and glad you enjoyed your wrap. Thanks for the heads up re the fries too! Come on back and introduce yourself and we'll give you another go on the fries. ;) Thanks again! -Evan

Stopped in after skiing Stowe each day. Fun! Staff runs around to find you a seat, bring drinks and food. Wood fired oven turns out great pizzas. Did not try the sushi but watched it being made and it looked awesome. Lots of beers on tap. Game room for âkidsâ. Big TVâs for March Madness. On the right easy in and easy out coming down from ski areas. Live entertainment on weekends. Lives up to the rep. I will be back.

Extremely CASUAL eatery with horseshoe pits for the locals in the back outside patio. The baby back ribs were tough. dry, and did not taste fresh. One of our group liked the Brisket sandwich and the cold beer! I hope that we just hit a bad weekend uncrowded night which did not explain the LONG wait to be served.Hello, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I'm so disappointed to hear about your experience last weekend. I was not at the restaurant on Saturday night so going off your comments I am not in a position to say what happened. I will say however that our BBQ, especially our baby back ribs, pork , and brisket are usually an excellent product. Please do stop by again and give us another try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. And, by the way, the backyard area with horseshoes, badminton, volleyball and corn hole is not just for locals! All are welcome. Thank you again.

SIMPLE & SEASONAL Once in awhile a place comes along that offers everything you want in a dining experience: quality beer brewed on site, delicious, high-value fare that's family friendly and a cool atmosphere where locals and tourists alike can relax, sh
3 of us sat at the bar for a quick bite at lunchtime. We ordered 2 Bloody Mary's. Looking at the menu, they were supposed to come with bacon. No bacon. Tried to get the bartenders attention, but she disappeared so we didn't get around to it. Were then served part of our meals. Waited about 5 minutes for the rest - nothing. So I questioned the bartender, who realized she didn't put that part of the meal in, so she did it then, and said it would be out shortly. Waited and waitied - asked her to check. SHe checked and said the item was taken by another food runner, and that it would be right out. We asked her to stamp our brewery cards. SHe took them, but then didn't return them. I didn't realize until I was 5 minutes down the road that she hadn't returned them. I went back - she had them behind the bar (still hadn't stamped them!!). The worst part: NEVER an apology. Patience goes a lot further when someone apologises for mistakes. Since she didn't: here's the lousy review. Salad we ordered was good. So were the wings.

Wife and I had lunch here. The site is beautiful and the building is very impressive with massive timbers. Wife had Helles beer and I had Pilsner, neither special. She said cheese soup very good as were dumplings and salted radishes interesting. I ordered the sausage and cheese appitizer, but got the three Worst sausages plate. Not bad, but wouldn't order it again. It's not inexpensive, our bill was a bit over $60. Service was good. We'll probably come back for a second try.Thank you for coming to the Bierhall. We work to keep our prices fair. Our beers are very authentic Austrian style lagers, while they are not quite as flavor forward as DIPA's in the long run lagers will win the day for easy drinking session style beers.

Very nice wine bar with good selection of wines by the glass. Food is mostly small plates that you can share. Everything we had was very good. I believe the menu changes regularly. Good service. Quite busy on weekends, so would recommend making reservations.

Many great recipes for "standard" fare - must try mac & cheese; fantastic 1/2 chicken meal; the best cucumber salad (we could drink that incredible Asian sesame dressing). Also, a great selection of craft brews. We noticed that it is one of the places where the locals go - friendly atmosphere with great service. We will be back.
