I thoroughly enjoyed eating in the palapas next to the beach. Everyday at each meal they offer breads that are baked on the premises. There are several choices, my favorites were cinnamon, raisin and whole wheat. The breakfast includes a selection of fruit juices, fresh local fruit, locally made fruit and plain yogurt and entries including cereals, meat selection, egg dishes. Our favorite was the French toast made with the raisin bread and if desired served flambéed with rum.The lunch and dinner selection varies daily with sufficient choices to appeal to all tastes. The food is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented

Chill Spot Bar & Grill

With a menu that changes daily, a variety of local drinks, a bar that is second to none, refreshing smoothies and of course that "chill" atmosphere.

We went to St Vincent on business and a friend took us here for dinner. We had no preconceived notions about the place because we had no idea where we were going. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. This bar is a cross between a sports bar and an open air Caribbean restaurant. There is an enclosed area for dining and looking at the 3 large screen TVs and an outer area where you can also dine, have drinks and look at people passing by. The couches inside are very comfortable and wonderful to relax in after you have eaten. We found the service to be good and the food relatively in expensive and we had no complaints about the portion sizes.

Grand View Grill Restaurant

Since the Wilkie's Restaurant at the Grand View Beach Hotel was only open for breakfast, the few guests were sent down to the Grand View Grill by the sea. For this one had to walk down several steps, but which was no problem for us.The place with its plastic chairs inside and benches outside looks like a simple eating place by the beach, somewhat incongruous with the rather noble boutique-style hotel to which it belongs. The Grill is run by very friendly Melanie from Canada, who sometimes can be seen also at the hotel's reception. What was not available on the first evening we could order on another day like Blackened Kingfish (with Cajun spices). We also tried Breadfruit Fries as a starter. Other meals we had was a good Grilled Mahi Mahi, a rather bland Chicken Teriyaki and a big succulent Steak.

My partner and I went there for dinner and we both enjoyed our meal which was buffet style. What was surprising to me was that it was a Thursday night and the place was packed there wasn't an empty seat and persons were there waiting to for the next available table. Thought the wait would have been long for our order to be taken but that wasn't the case. It was a nice relaxing atmosphere with the sound of the waves coming to shore. This place is located close to the beach where patrons of the hotel/restaurant will find easy relax indulged in some good cuisine

Well I visited SOV again, on another vacation. Went to the restaurant twice. Mr Deshong is very welcoming and accommodating. A gentleman with a great smile, offering simple but impeccable service. I had my lunch special with an accompanying local fruit drink for EC $12.00. I tried a new tropical drink for free- Soursop. A new innovation, well commended! The Wi-Fi is a blast! You can sit with a comfortable view of the road without any disturbance from traffic flowing by. SOV is a place where you can just take your time and eat and chat or if solo like me- just enjoy the total environment with your tablet. It is like an office and bedroom combined where you are pushed into relaxation and leave feeling very satisfied.

I took my friend from Trinidad here to have lunch. The decor is local modern & you can see some of the foods when the chef is preparing it but the chair was uncomfortable. The Cobblestone Inn

Reviewed By SparkyTS

We stayed at the Cobblestone Inn for several nights, as it is only a 10 minute walk to the ferry station for the outer island of the Grenadines. Only hiccup are the 3 flights of stone stairs that might be challenging for people with walking problems. I made it up and down as there were sufficient rulings for support (I have some balance problems, but with rails I can go anywhere!). It is a charming and authentically Caribbean ambiance and the service was lovely. Remember, this is the Caribbean, so there is hot sauce on every table. Eggs were great, homemade bread and fruit jam typical of the area, and it somewhat “open air” so you lots of breezes. Don’t worry, you are protected overhead from rain. Only open for breakfast and lunch (I think).
