Service was poor and off-hand - so off-hand! Waitress forgot my cole slaw and ended up having to go up to the counter to demand it - got it in a small container and brought it home! Quesadillas - fine. Strawberry pizza - fine. Fish and chips - very good. Music too loud - maybe to distract from poor service. Caters too much to the young.

Have been here a few times and always enjoy a delicious meal. Many daily specials to choose from - Mondayâs are popular with all-you-can-eat perogies. Portions are generous, serving staff fast & courteous. They have a great selection of beer, cider, coolers, etc. Will be back again as we have family living in Port Elgin.

we thought we would try this place out for lunch, I had the classic burger and my wife had the sliders," 3 mini burger choices" my classic burger was juicy but just a tad under cooked, the double smoked bacon I asked for was over powering though, but our beer's were good, fries were great, and our server was exceptional. a must try out establishment, and like always you decide, cheers

While touring some visiting family members around the Bruce Peninsula, we stopped in Port Elgin for lunch and went into the Fireside Grill. This was a big mistake. The food was regular pub fare which we might have anticipated and probably would have accepted BUT the service was most unprofessional and ruined what might have been an agreeable lunch. We ordered two glasses of domestic, Cowbell, beer ( on tap). It took a while to receive them and the waitress did say that it had taken so long because they were changing the keg. Each glass looked different to the other and neither was the clear beer that was expected. It was cloudy and bitter and flat. When the beer was tasted, it was clearly the dregs of a keg or the top of a new keg. It should not have served to customers. The waitress was informed that it was not to our liking and she began arguing that it was always that way with craft beer. A seventy year old man who has been drinking beer for half a century should be able to make a judgment based on years of experience. Two glasses of Millerâs Light were ordered. This waitress was clearly angry and stomped to the bar repeating the story to the gentleman there and saying she was DONE.Later she, and another waitress, spent time sitting at the bar talking about their personal lives in very loud voices. What about the dining experience of the customers? It was not pleasant.

Brewery. Kitchen. Beer Shop. Merchandise & Coffee Destination. Born in Bruce County. Made in Ontario. Brewed in Southampton. Wanted...Everywhere.
Good atmosphere at this brew pub, so had high expectations. Live music was ok but overly loud, which meant conversation was difficult. Food ok, we were a large group of 10 but meals came out slowly, final meal served almost 15 mins after the first. overall ok, smaller groups probably better catered for.

Disappointingly no wifi. We have visited this restaurant a few times. They do a great prime rib. Weâve also enjoyed the bangers and mash..recommended.

My wife and I popped into Duffyâs for the first time looking for a quick meal. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which were a real hit. The dish arrived deconstructed but with ample amounts of each ingredient. The fish was a freshly prepared fish stick which was hot and tender. Worked in the taco perfectly. I ordered the shrimp dish which was also hot and tender. Loads of crisp fries and a nice coleslaw. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be back again!

My boyfriend and I went here last night for the first time. Chicken parmesean with rose sauce was fantastic, probably the best I've ever had. Amazing cesear salad with house made dressing to start (good size starter salad) that comes with the chicken parm. Two pieces of large size garlic bread were also included. $23 for all of that...awesome! We both enjoyed our meals...we'll be back!
