Enjoyed a relaxing meal with friends at this very popular hotel/eating venue. Had a pre dinner drink as well as a wine from their more than adequate wine list. Four of us enjoyed our meals which were selected from a wide range of options. All very generous servings.

Stopped at the GV for lunch.Tried the S&S chicken small chicken bites deep fried with a lovely sweet & sour sauce over it and on a bed of fresh rice.Beautiful presentation good service and guess what? It was a $10.00 special but that,s not why I ordered it.Table service was quick and friendly and premises very clean.We will return again.

Chicken parmi is really good. Service is friendly and we never have to wait too long for our meals. Great week-night specials are available: Monday - all meals are two for the price of one, Tuesday - Kiev Day, Wednesday - $12 Steak, Thursday - $15 parmi. Have been here a few times for two-for-one on Monday nights and the place is always packed (must book in advance if you want a table in the bistro) but have never had an issue with service, wait time or the meals. Weâre a family (w/older, teenage children) and are happy/comfortable in either the bistro or the bar area. The kids love a game of pool while we wait for our meals.

This bar/restaurant overlooking Maude St Mall in Shepparton is a great place to unwind after a day of shopping or working, as it is centrally located and a pleasure to visit. The staff are exceptional. They apologised profusely that they had run out of salmon after I ordered the Salmon Salad and came along with an extra bowl of chips for the table even though I'd changed my order graciously. The delightful ambience was accentuated by some great music being played unobtrusively in the background. My only wish is that they have Sweet Potato Chips on their menu, then I would be there at least once a week to savour those and a glass of their delicious bubbly. But that's just fussy me with dietary requirements.
