So every other restaurant around is packed to the crowd at the door and you just need a bite after the shopping is finished. End up seeing the empty car lot and the open tables. "Ten minute wait." Why? " We only have two servers." No other option but to hang around - so we can then sit down and wait.Usual Chilis fare. Very little on menu not covered, cooked or smeared in spices. Oh yes, that's why they call it Chilis. But it really would be good to have a few milder options for those in the group who don't want their mucosal membranes seared.What threw us were the large number of self-important wired (ear pieces!) teenagers in uniform wandering round if there were only two waiters. Not sure what their function was if they weren't waiting tables, cooking or dish-washing. That was the evening entertainment here sad as it sounds.Overall impression. Gone downmarket since last time in one, if this place is anything to go by. And 'no', I wouldn't have gone here if I thought it was going to take us 1 1/2 hrs for a one course meal. The food here is good, but the kids menu doesnât fly with my kids. The salads here are great. I had the steak and blue salad which was nice. My kids had the chicken fingers and fries. This is the second time they would not eat them. To greasy. Service is good.

Some good things, some strange things at lunch here today. Service was excellent, quick and responsive. The Brownie Bite, a tiny dessert, was worth the trip in itself: soft chocolate with vanilla ice cream, just enough for a sweet lunch finish. My soup and salad were unsurprising, but my friend's taco appetizer was not special in taste or texture but was large enough to feed three people as an entree, so why it was on the menu as an appetizer wasn't clear to us. There was a certain amount of pushing of cocktails, which surprised me a bit as a lunch tactic. I wasn't moved to book a repeat visit.

Location, food and price are always a consideration when we go out to eat. Having excellent service adds the personal touch that brings you back. We had a wonderful meal at a good price. My Reuben was hot and hearty. My wife's hamburger was the best she has had in quite a long time. Allison was our server. It was evident, by watching her interaction with the regulars, that she is greatly appreciated by all those who love this place. It is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will certainly go back there again. It was too hot outdoors to eat near the waterfall. We look forward to enjoying that venue in the future.

The vibe, atmosphere, and decor make quite an impression. Open in the mornings for coffee and breakfast, and then again at 5:00pm for drinks and dinner. Decent craft beer selection. Nice bar, attentive and friendly staff. Limited menu; food is ok.

Food was ok for a standard chain restaurant. We arrived later in evening but that is no excuse for poor service. Our waitress was not attentive and rushed us along noting that they would be closing in s bit. Shrimp Alfredo was poorly done with pasta that was quite al dente and a watery sauce. Pizza had potential if it was not burnt around the edges. Might be a better experience if it wasn't so late in the evening. Cesar salad was good but that is a hard thing to mess up. I apologize for our inattentive waitress and for our Shrimp Alfredo which does not sound up to par. I am going to share your remarks with our management team so that they are aware of them. This is a small, welcoming place that serves some truly great wings, burgers, and fries, but aspires to be more than a burger joint. All the starters I've tried have been delicious - buffalo cauliflower, roman artichokes, calamari. Roast chicken, steak frites, and fish all got thumbs up from the table. Just avoid the ramen - the "coconut curry broth" was thick and gloppy with coconut cream, nothing like a broth, and frankly awful. Bar service can be slow.

We stopped for dinner and experienced a very complete and varied menu. There are plenty of appetizers, salads and sandwiches as well as a nice choice of entrees. The broiled haddock we terrific. Service was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. Plenty of parking and convenient to the Interstate.
