Met some friends here for drinks after dinner. Cocktails are made correctly with the correct presentation. Staff was very attentive to our group and made sure we always had what we needed, even through a shift change. I have not had food here, but the menu looks like a lot of apps, burgers, and sandwiches. Overall good place with a good vibe.

We went in just prior to noon, had prompt service. We like to get the all you can eat soup and salad. They have added a new cheesy potato soup that is tops in my book. They also use the Golden Apple discount for Seniors. Restaurant is clean and pleasant interior.

Place has just changed hands and things are looking up with some improvements on the building. Really seems to be the neighborhood bar. Lots of locals coming in reminded me of Cheers, the show. Our first time there found the waitress Lori really friendly and helpful. Reuben sandwich was very good, actually could see the layers of cheese, sauerkraut and corn beef! Hubby said the burger was good, not great. Will go back again.

Restaurant bar and grill with an exceptionally diverse eclectic fare - small plates / shareable entrees playing your favorite music from the 80's, 90's, early 2000's. Come check out our unique specials board and fantastic drink specials! Dinner is served
What a great surprise to find this gem in downtown Saginaw. Excellent service, full bar, a decent beer and wine menu and incredible food. The menu is varied with something for anyone and missing all the deep-fried options offered at other places. Met the chef, James, and could tell right away he has a passion for his craft-- and it shows. My dish of Tandoori chicken skewers and couscous was awesome. Again, a great find and I will be back.

Only one regret about this place, and it's on me and my family...we wish we tried this place sooner!! The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone had something different, from hamburger, to pasta, chicken wrap, to bourbon chicken. We all had clean plates at meals end. Our son said his burger was one of the best he has ever had. We truly regret not giving this place a try sooner. We have always passed by and every time we see the parking lot full. Now we know why! We're moving soon, but whenever passing by, we will be sure to make this place a must stop.

Very very good Reuben sandwich. Probably the best I have ever had. No fat; all meat; good kraut. Don't pass this up. My friend had a nice grilled chicken Cesar salad which she thought was very good. Yes I would return here for a whole Reuben sandwich!!

Each visit I try to get another of their burgers. My wife is sold on their fish dinner, haddock and generous portions. I had the Black and Blu this time which had a very singed and large beef patty, crisp bacon and a sprinkling of Blu Cheese which was then passed through the broiler to crisp the cheese, a great touch and one I've not had before. Service was prompt and friendly- as usual. Questions about the choices were answered w/assuradness. Staff knows the menu!! There are many beers on tap and a small sample can be requested and, again, staff knows what each is like and gives great advice.. What was different on this visit was the number of families w/young children. It was around 6p.m.and of the 6 occupied tables 4 had a child or two and it was a different feeling, a pleasant addition. We were lucky perhaps. Not a bar scene though the waiter said that would change in an hour or two. This is a good mid-range eatery.

Lots of nostalgia in this very, very old building. But age doesn't necessarily mean dated or dirty. Clean place with great food, good service and an eclectic menu.Prices are fair for the portions given. Decent food quality, and something for everyone. Their signature item is the hot beef sandwich...Very good, but generally too much for me to eat. I've tried most of their other sandwiches and burgers and am yet to be disappointed. I adore their French Onion Soup--sometimes I just want to go in there and get 3 cups of that and nothing else. :)Never had room for dessert there, but I hear good things. My family doesn't generally go out to eat on the weekends, but have also heard great things about their brunch...From their social media posts, it at least looks amazing!
