This is right of Westminister St. in Providence. There is a lot of great craft beer and other drinks available. They also have pretzels....really good ones. That is kinda their menu however. There are pretzel bread sandwiches which are again fantastic. I would like to see a bit more expanded menu, but maybe I'm old and this is just a watering hole with pretzels lol. It was a good experience in the end. It can be loud.

I have been to Antonio's in Northampton a few times, so I was delighted to hear that they had opened up in Pawtucket with easy parking. We stopped here for an early light lunch for we were on the way to the RISD Museum. I had an eggplant and roasted red pepper slice and my friend had a chicken bacon ranch slice. There was such a great variety of slices offered that it was really hard to choose for we found so many of the slices appealing. We were both pleased with our choice. The slices were huge and were reasonably priced at $3.85. This restaurant offers so much more than just pizza; appetizers, salads, wraps calzones pastas and wings. The next time I am in the area? I will definitely stop there again.

This place is great! The food was amazing and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was comfortable and nicely decorated. The entertainment the night we were there was terrific. My only complaint was that it was very loud. It was difficult to hold a conversation with friends. Even the waitress had difficulty hearing us while talking our order.

Saturday evening (08-11-18) my colleague and I wanted a nice place to have dinner and drinks. My colleague enthusiastically suggested the Red Bridge Tavern. She said she had not been there in a few years but used to frequent this establishment and the food, drink and service here was always good and with that we set course to the Red Bridge Tavern. We entered the Tavern at about 7:30PM and were immediately politely greeted by the host who offered us our choice of being seated at a Topper or a regular table. We chose the latter and were escorted to our table. The host graciously told us he would seat us at another table if we were not happy where we were. He provided us menus, told our waitress would be with us soon and he returned to his post to seat other patrons. We were very impressed and pleased with his pleasant and professional demeanor. We felt welcome and appreciated after this brief interaction. An excellent first impression was made by this Red Bridge Tavern host! Sorry I do not know his name. The décor is basic and rustic. There are 3 seating sections as well a full-service bar. A few TVs are mounted on the walls and can be viewed from your tableâ¦depending on where you are seated. The dining area where we were seated was dimly lit but appeared clean.FAIL: The dining section where we were seated was poorly lit. We had to use the flashlight on our phones to read the menu. Perhaps a battery-operated candle on the tables would supplement the inadequate lighting of the ceiling fixtures. Two dining room sections and the bar appeared to be moderately busy, however, the third seating section in the back of the restaurant was not in use. After a short time, a waitress came to our table, politely introduced herself as Kaitlin. She saw we were attempting to read our menus and offered to take our drink order. We both ordered Ketel One on the rocks, one with a lime and one without. Our drinks arrived, the pour was very good, but a lime was missing. Under most circumstances a missing lime would not be mentioned in my review, but this review will be an exception. When Kaitlin returned to check on us we told her about the lime and she returned with two slices of lime.FAIL: Did Kaitlin forget to provide the bartender with the proper order? Did Kaitlin check the order when she picked it up from the bar? I understand there are a couple of reasons why this could happen, but as a customer I should not have to worry about âwhyâ.We finally finished reviewing the menu and ordered our appetizers, Steamers and a Stuffie. Kaitlin brought our appetizers to us in a very reasonable amount of time and our Stuffie and Steamers were very good. And then we did not see Kaitlin for an extended period of time. We had finished all our Steamers and waitedâ¦and waited. We were ready to order our entrees and waited. I got up to go to the restroom and saw Kaitlin. I told her we were ready [to order]. She took my statement to mean we were ready for our check. That was my fault for not being specific.I completed my mission, washed my hands, (in case you were wondering) and returned to the table. Kaitlin promptly returned when I sat down. I asked her if she was busy and she replied yes, she had a couple large parties.FAIL: I think I am reasonable and I understand restaurants get busy and the servers can suddenly find themselves in the weeds. The FAIL here is Kaitlinâs lack of communication with us. Had she stopped by our table and explained a large group of diners had arrived that required her attention we would have felt empathy for her. She was working hard. Since we did not know the reason for her sudden disappearance, we felt neglected. I personally wondered if I was being mistreated / not receiving proper service because I did not look like the rest of the diners in this restaurant. Now, knowing the facts, I do not believe that was the case but sitting watching other tables around us being attended to by several other waitresses caused me to wonder. Maybe one of Kaitlinâs co-workers could have explained Kaitlinâs absence to us. Maybe one of Kaitlinâs co-workers could have picked up our table. The 5-Ps should have been used here: Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance.Kaitlin took our order, writing it down on a small note pad. Buffalo Tenders, a Tuna Melt with Cheddar Cheese and a Chicken Pesto wrap. FAIL: The Buffalo Tenders were served without the Blue Cheese dip despite this being listed on the menu as part of this dish. The Tuna Melt was served with Swiss Cheese instead of Cheddar as requested. The pesto in the Chicken Pesto wrap was almost nonexistent. Once again, was the order sent to the kitchen with mistakes? I donât think so because I watched Kaitlin write the order down. Our itemized bill reflected the specifics of the order as we told Kaitlin. Is the kitchen staff inept? I donât think so because fundamentally the food seemed to be prepared well. Does someone on the Kitchen staff have an issue with Kaitlin? Is someone on the staff deliberately sabotaging her orders so her customers will be unhappy with her. Does Kaitlin scan her plates for completeness prior to leaving the kitchen? The cup of Blue Cheese dressing missing from the Tenders should have been obvious to the moderately trained eye. Was Kaitlin flustered because she was in the weeds with large groups and did not have enough help? I donât know the answers to these questions and frankly, as a customer, I should not have to ponder these questions about why customer service was not on point. This could have been a stellar dining experience if not for the multiple points of failure. I am from out of town, so I donât know when the Red Bridge Tavern will have the opportunity get a second chance with me. As a last note, I had to ask Kaitlin to provide me with the itemized copy of my receipt. Everywhere I dine these days I am automatically provided with the itemized receipt. In fact, she presented this document when she requested payment. Upon returning with the credit card receipt to be signed, she kept the itemized receipt. Why? Is it my imagination or is this boarder line shady? All these system failures and questions did not make this a pleasant experience.

Harry's focuses on Hereford-beef sliders coupled with a huge selection of craft beers and alcoholic milkshakes. Recently voted âBest Burger in Americaâ by CNN, Harryâs has received numerous awards, being named Rhode Islandâs best burger many times over. E
Really great slider burgers - I had the bacon cheeseburg one , absolutely delicious. Moist meat fried right, crisp bacon and soft little bun, with pickle and shredded lettuce. Frys were also very good , thin crisp and hot !Funky setup , but homey and fun !
