We had fish and chips and found the batter was not 'light'.. otherwise tasty. Two coffee orders had to be returned, as they were cold. TV shows past programmes from BallyK - the tourists would love it, along with photos of many of the show's actors. ENJOY!

I'll acknowledge this isn't the fastest carvery. We visited one several days before that ran about 50 people through the line in a few minutes. Lynham's took twice as long for half as many people. They seemed to be a little disorganized. However, they were pleasant and my Guinness & Beef Stew with local ale, and my wife's Ham and vegetables with a soda were very good. The dining room had a rural comfort and casualness with interesting, eclectic decoration, while another dining room was a little more upscale. There are other dining venues associated with this property. Prices seem to be fairly reasonable. We wandered into the hotel area and found a surprising environment. It seems the owner wants to appeal to the broadest clientele possible. The outside just appears to be a rustic inn. The basically upscale rustic interior decor appeals to regular visitors and business visitors. Other design elements include a large alien warrior built from motorcycle parts - to appeal to frequent motorcyclist visitors. They also apparently get a lot of wedding parties. The surrounding area is a small, kind of scenic village.

We are staying nearby in Brittas Bay and our house owner recommended this place so stopped by last evening and it didn't disappoint. It is rustic, it brews its own beer and the staff we met (especially our server..she wore glasses and a great smile and the great bar men..) were lovely...and the food was just fantastic. Yes we too were given unnecessary plastic straws and the service could have been faster but I would certainly return, recommend and remember fondly. Many Thanks,

The Restaurant is a fun, inviting and a relaxed place to eat in a rustic setting where we aim to cater to all your needs and indulgences. Situated in the OLD Colliers Foodstore & Hardware shop, we've strived to keep a lot of that real rustic charm alive.
Had a lovely meal, 4 children and 2 adults, â¬120. Two kids had lovely real nuggets and chips, one childrenâs roast of the day and I canât remember the other :). Myself and wife had roast of the day and Cod and chips. The restaurant has a lovely feel and the staff were all friendly enough and helpful. Would return if in the area. Oh yeh, the deserts were fab.

Good pub Irish pub with better than average dining area option away from the bar, facing the street. Food was fairly good and included a gluten free optionIf paying by cash - just watch your change - I had to ask again for my 10euro change - no apologies, so I felt like it may have been a habit.... just a feeling

Enjoyed lunch outdoors under the umbrellas with a large group. Everyone enjoyed their selections, and the service was quick and accommodating. Some of our group moved indoors to avoid bees, and there was no trouble from the staff who were happy to accommodate everyone's needs. The drive in from Laragh is beautiful!
