Everything we've tried here has been pretty great. The fish tacos are actually some of the best I've ever had. The martinis are always good, the bartender is friendly, and there's usually great music.

We were looking for a place to eat before our show at the State Theater. We parked the car and started walking reading menus as we went. This restaurant is just off the circle. Our waitress was very nice. She helped with drink recommendations. My friend had the Wrangler BBQ Burger. It was very good and very big. It was served with homemade fried potato chips. I had the Cajun chicken sandwich with fries. It was very tasty. With a glass of wine my bill was $20.We would definitely return.

Slainte Irish Pub

I went to this restaurant with my wife and son. The place is asmall place run by 2 sisters so it is very friendly and clean. The menu is mainly stuffed burgers, with a couple of appetizers and salads. They also had 3 special burgers of the week, and we were told that once the week is up that they don't repeat them. Every burger on the menu is $9.91. I had the Philly burger which was stuffed with chipsteak onions and banana peppers with cheese on top. My son had the Irish burger which was stuffed with corned beef onions and had cheese on top. My wife had one of the specials which was a three cheese tortellini stuffed burger. All the burgers were delicious. They serve the burgers with french fries and a small cup of homemade pasta salad. The french fries are a skin on thick hand cut double fried french fries, they are to die for. Every burger is stuffed and made to order so it does take some time for the food to come out of the kitchen you will probably wait 20 to 30 minutes for your meal but it is worth it. My family and I will definitely return to this restaurant.

First time to Rock Creek Tavern and was so pleasingly surprised by everything, since reviews were not so good. We had a clean, spacious party room with attentive servers, they even assisted with decorating the room. The food was delicious and a good variety of salad , hordes, chicken, beef, grilled vegetables and pasta. The servers could not have been sweeter and even made us an amazing chocolate martini for us chocoholics . The cake was the best sheet cake I have ever had and decorated beautifully. We moved into the large main room filled with tvs ,bar and a wonderful live dancing band, the Uncle Similey Band! Highly recommend this place!

This restaurant has been around a long time and has built up,a steady clientele. This was my first visit. The menu is extensive with all the standards. Portions are hearty. I found the food to be a bit heavy and the flavors while not exceptional certainly acceptable. I would give our meal a solid B. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented.

First time patrons, the bar and restaurant were really nice. Service was good, drinks well made. I had tacos and they were not good. The beef was plain and very dry and no taste to the sauce. My husband has french onion soup which was good. We will definitely give it another try.

Went for dinner with friends on a Friday night. Had reservations, but the dining room was pretty empty. Service was very good. My food was below average. Shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were unremarkable in taste and odd in texture. French dip sandwich was a huge disappointment. The beef was way overcooked and very dried out. I ate less than half of the sandwich. While the restaurant has appropriate French county/bistro décor, there was something that just killed an ambiance -- the overly loud rock music broadcast throughout the restaurant. Very strange and, as I said, it ruined the ambiance of the place. Won't return.

Went to Pearly Bakers today for their infamous chili cook off. We waited in line for over an hour to participate. 14 contestants including chili with camel, and one with bison. It's was hard to tell what the place was really like seeing it was so packed. Even got to exchange greetings with the mayor of Easton, Sal Panto. My future son-in-law works there as a chef, another month to the wedding. He and the head chef had their individual chili cook off. They weren't allowed to compete with the other contestants. I'm looking forward to going back and relaxing with a couple of cold IPAs and a burger.

My husband called in advance and made reservations for four on March 9th. I heard him make the call and know he gave accurate information My husband had a missed Call the week before the reservation and when he returned the call the girl informed him they had the wrong day written down but were weren’t taking calls for the following weekend because of St Pattys day. He explained he had called earlier in the week and this was not his fault. She offered nothing other than saying they were not taking because of St Patty’s day which is not for two weeks and has nothing to do for the week we wanted reservations. TERRIBLE. We will not patronize this place ever again!!!!

Was in the mood for shrimp and grits and wife was in the mood for beer. Where to go as we wracked our brains for a place to go. This is the place for REALLY inventive beers and good food. Try a flight of beer and don’t be scared of the unique ones. We tried the blueberry beer. I liked it, wife did not. There was a beer called smoothie with lactic and hops and I did not like but wife loved. You can get a growler to take home or even better a 32 oz can that we opted for. Menu of beers are online so you can take a peak and read the descriptions before you go. Now as far as the food it was very good. We started with the pickle plate as well, with a dish called pickle plate you kind of have to. Came out with pickles, duh. But pickled veggies, peperocini, mustard, and two thick slices of crusty bread. The surprise was pickled pineapple. You have to try it. Was very good and pairs well with beer. We tried the pot sticker dumpling and some of the best I have had over cabbage and pickled. I wish it had come with a dipping sauce to compliment. I think they must be deep fried as nice and solid. Main course was shrimp and grits and while I got complaints from friends that Yankees can’t make it well this was as good as what I had in Atlanta. The only distraction was the pickled pineapple on top. While I liked the pickled pineapple I moved it to the side. Nice amount of true andouille sausage and not over cooked shrimp. The grits were true grits and slightly gritty from the coarse cornmeal. Wife had a salad with chicken. Simple but very good. Getting to the building is a series of looking for the door. From the corner door there is a sign to go around to side. Walk past two doors and take the third. You are greeted and pointed to the hostess. We made reservations on open table but on a Friday night at 7 it was not needed. There is the bottom floor, outside seating (by the street), upstairs, and upstairs balcony which is limited. The wait staff could not be better. Our waitress was helpful and pleasant and fun. The bus boys were so efficient that an empty plate or glass never sat for more than a minute. We joked that they must be low on tableware. Downstairs they have t-shirts if you want to display where you have been. My wife can’t pass that up. Parking, we were surprised to find a spot on the street close by. It is metered parking which is not bad as they take credit cards. I put in three hours as we did not know how long we would sit and drink. We were not rushed so was glad we did. If no parking the pine street? Garage is close enough to walk from. About a 6 minute walk, but!!!!!!! It’s uphill. So be forewarned. The only downside and this is personal preference only is very loud. Granted I am sensitive to noise to a small degree, but had to ask waitress to repeat things.
