everything was delicious and made in house. From boudin balls to baloney sandwich, tomato basil soup to key lime pie (a specialty). Baloney made on site the night before. I''d call it comfort food with a gourmet touch. Two CIA trained chefs following their dream. Very warm and attentive service.They also have a Tiki bar attached that features live music on weekends.

I have been to other WOB's around the country. This place is special. Our waitress was a nice gal, very friendly and helpful. Of all the beers on the menu, I ended up ordering something I have not seen in years, Pabst Blue Ribbon, on tap. Still good after all these years.We ordered a giant pretzel, with the cheese sauce for dipping. This paired well with the beer.Really fun spot to sample many beers from around the world!

We had been here several years ago when our son in law was stationed at the Naval Air Station. We were downtown on a Saturday to see the farmers market and decided to go into Hop Jacks for a bite to eat and a drink. We got there and the place was not busy at all. We found a table and seated ourselves. A waitress was busy with another table and took a while for her to get to us wile the other waitress just stood around. Anyway, she apologized and finally got to us. There was a beer that was advertised several places on the menu which she said was brand spanking new so we decided to give it a try. A few minutes later she returned to tell us that it was no longer available. We ordered a second beer only have here to depart and return to tell us it was no longer available either. At that point we just got a PBR. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza to share. After a fairly lengthy wait another waitress brings it to our table, plops it down and departs. Let's see: no plates. no silverware, no napkins. Wife finally gets up and goes in search napkins while the two waitresses watch. Wife finally finds napkins and brings them back. A few minutes later another waitress shows up with a couple of small plates and some silverware. Pizza was ok but tasted doughy like not completely cooked. We ate some of it, waited, got our tab, paid and left. I guess we upset them when we walked in the door. Plenty of other restaurants and bars close by and they all had business. That tells me something.Thank you for your honest feedback. We use information like this to improve our staff training and other aspects of the restaurant. If you want some great pizza, stop by Ozone Pizza Pub in Pensacola. The service was wonderful, the foot worthy of finishing all the way to the crumbs. But what makes this a very interesting place is the setting. It is set on the ground floor of a beautiful old building, one of the first hospitals in Pensacola. In fact, Ozone's is housed in what was once the morgue! After dinner, you can cruise the hallways of the first and second floors where they have pictures and relics from the days of the hospital. Kind of creepy at times, but certainly worth a walk through the hallways after filling up on pizza, beer, etc.

Place still still needs a good cleaning. The nachos have changed I used to like them because the chips where actuall wonton chips now just another nacho plate boring chips with all the other cheese, meat cabbage and everything else they put on them just dropped on top. The bottom three layers of chips were just plain dry with no cheese or anything else. Also they need to turn up or maybe just need to turn on the carnation on the sodas tastes just like syrup and othing else.Thanks for taking time to let us know about your recent visit. Please know your comments have been passed to upper management for further review and action. Were you able to let the Oyster Bar know you were dissatisfied with you Nachos? We ave been to Perdido Key many times and have never visited Hub Stacy's at the Point. We visited on our recent trip and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere, food, and service were all exceptional. This is a wonderful location for either lunch or dinner if you enjoy a relaxed environment with great food and service.

Nothing fancy but the food and Service is AMAZING. Best sandwiches I have enjoyed in years and the potato salad really is good, as others have said. I had a Triple Decker Club and my Wife has a Tuna Melt. Both were really flavorful and made fresh! Serving size was large and the cold beer âhit the spot.â Mostly locals eat here because it is a happening place with great food for an even better price.
