We went to Mulligans at Permas Jaya. There are many expatriates customers, whose mainly at their 40s - 50s, nice atmosphere and crowd mixture.They serve Guinness, Kilkenny and Tiger on the tap. Their Guinness is exceptionally fresh and thick, probably due to good business and beer always fresh :)

Filled grilled mushrooms were delicious. Other veg food options are limited. View in this area is quite nice for a quiet dinner or drink. However these guys dont sell wine by glass, so I had to take a whole bottle, which wast nice at all. What a waste of money.Thanks for visiting our bar. We are glad you like our mushrooms, we change our menu every 4 months. we will include more vegetarians food for next menu. Hope to see u again! cheers!

The location is lovely- overlooking the water and onto Singapore with a ship maintenance yard... interesting. I went on a weekend for lunch and most of the customers were eating inside in the air conditioning, but not too busy.I had an ice late (not impressive) and a smoked duck burger- the smoked duck was nice, but the sauce was mayo and lacked imagination. Service was friendly and helpful. A nice simple place for lunch.Dear Taolxd,Thanks for your feedback. My regular place to hang out and have some beer and food.. I always go with my wife.. we enjoy our visit every time.. the food was good and the staff all very nice and polite.. the food is good and never disappoint our stomach.. good food and nice beer and wine.. the place is easier to find and the environment very relaxing.. can watch live soccer match and good music.. can play pool and you can choose to sit either table with air conditioner or without air conditioner.. nice place..
