We were in Old Town and decided to get lunch. What a find! Scott and Beth were waiting tables and they provided excellent service. Food great too.

Comfort food and English fare, done really well. The salads are huge and very good, and the things I have tried -- burgers, meatloaf, shepherds pie -- are all excellent. The macaroni and cheese skillets are to die for. During the winter, this is a snowbird favorite so be aware you may need a reservation for dinner.

We visited this bar several times during a four night visit to Scottsdale. Itâs a really well decorated bar, full of character. The beer is cold and reasonably priced. Bottles only but this didnât bother us. The food is nice and tasty but finishes at 4pm. The staff are super friendly and make such an effort. We almost felt like regulars. The music is excellent especially the one man bands. The house band called the Psychobilly Rodeo Band are very good but they are a bit excessive in asking for tips especially the lead singer. All other bands we saw play were way more professional and still got plenty of tips without asking.Overall and excellent bar.

We went to a Yard House for the first time last year when we were in Florida and loved it. I made reservations at the Yard House while we were in Arizona, thinking we would have the same experience. No. We ordered exactly what we had ordered in Florida. The calamari was very overcooked and the coating just fell off of it. Their lobster, crab and artichoke dip was also overcooked and dry. Their chicken wings, again, very overcooked. The redeeming appetizer, ahi poke nachos, were very good. Had a great experience the first time. Too bad.

This place is pretty awful. By far the worst wings I have ever eaten. Pretty much fat and bones with less than desirable sauce. Service was pretty bad. The girls were all busy chatting at a table rather than serve the patrons. Asked for a beer... 15 minutes later I got the one that had been poored 15 minutes prior and left on the bar. Nothing special to eat here. Go down the street for better service and better food.

The restaurant was busy and crowded for Friday lunch. The noise level was made even louder by passing traffic. The burgers were very good and cooked as ordered and the beer, as advertised, was indeed cold.

Taphouse Kitchen is a gastropub known for its exceptional and diverse beer selection. Taphouse Kitchen offers flavorful dishes made with only the freshest and finest ingredients, served with impeccable presentation.
Two of my daughters wanted to buy me lunch on Fatherâs Day 2019 and suggested we all meet at Tap House Kitchen on Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ. We all arrived at about 11:15am and were shown to a table by a pleasant hostess. After a few minutes our waitress came by and asked about our drink orders. We all just wanted water and she came back with our water glasses within 3-4 minutes. We asked for a little extra time to read the menu. She returned after about a ten minute wait and took our orders.Iâll focus on just my meal since my daughters will post their own reviews. I ordered the Pike and traditional French fries, which was served by a kitchen staff member after about a ten minute wait. The fries were plentiful and hot. The two battered Pike fillets, while hot and very tasty, needed to be three (since the two fillets were pretty small). Our water glasses were refilled right on time and the waitress always had a smile when she came to our table.Overall: It was a pleasant lunchtime experience. The hostess greeted us with a smile and expeditiously escorted us to our table. The waitress in particular did exactly what we expected her to do from the first time she came to our table to the last time we saw her after she dropped off the bill and receipt. My meal was OK for a pub-type restaurant at lunchtime. I just wish my meal had three small Pike fillets instead of just two. Will I be back? Yes, I think so next time in this neighborhood.

Starlite bbq Scottsdale and Whiskey Bar is a casual neighborhood restaurant with a full service bar offering specialty cocktails, craft beers and wine. In addition to a wide variety of BBQ items.
This little restaurant is off the main traveled roads and is kind of hidden on the end of small shopping center. The restaurant is small but has outdoor seating with heaters if it is cool. The menu has starters , sandwiches and main course meals. All of our meals were large and came with a side. You get a freshly made cornbread pan while waiting for your meal. Prices are fair, four of us ate and had drinks for just over $100. Staff was very nice.
