Recently had dinner here on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is a cozy spot close to the old train station. We ordered different items on the menu but came away feeling that the dishes were overly spicy. The chicken and the short rib dishes had too much pepper for our palates. We truly enjoyed the brussell sprout appetizer...it was absolutely perfect! It was very noisy and dimly lighted.We're very sorry to hear that we didn't exceed your expectations when you visited us. Your feedback is important as we work hard to ensure our customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit us. We're very glad you enjoyed our brussels sprouts (a crowd favorite!) - - give us another try and we'll suggest some other tasty alternatives. Grandson chose this spot for ninth birthday lunch. Unattractive sports bar motif. Well worn and dark as well. Server was very nice. Sipping drinks while waiting for order and grandson found tiny black bugs jumping on him. Told server who brought over the boss. He let us change tables while he inspected the area. Food arrived and it was unremarkable. Server was still nice. More fleas jumped on grandson and on me. Appetite for mediocre food waned and we left. On way out noticed folks with an infant near our original booth scratching at their legs and chest so we warned them about the fleas. Called corporate who were nice and apologetic. Will not return

First time visit with our adult kids & friends. Many choices of beer, full bar. Also has a great menu with a wide variety of food choices. Great nachos, jalapeno poppers, clam fritters. Burgers looked delicious! Also has vegetarian options. Everything cooked fresh. The bartenders were very friendly. Located in a small shopping plaza next to Wharton Brook park on the North Haven, Wallingford line. You can take a walk after you eat!!

A good place to have a couple of drinks, catch a game and get some wings. A reasonable selection of bottle and draft beers. Good happy hour specials and a friendly staff. Ample parking. One drawback, when they run their wing special the place can be three deep at the bar...

This was bad! Probably the worst restaurant we've been to in a long time! The chicken wings were burned and dried out, that should have been an indication of what was to follow. The caesar salad was nothing more than romaine letter with croutons thrown on top. I had a blackened shrimp taco, three undercooked shrimp on a huge bed of romaine lettuce dumped on some kind of stale shell, with a few morsels of corn, no black beans and cilantro could be found. My husband had a polenta dish, with sausage and mushrooms which was tasteless, the presentation was horrible. Needless to say we will not be going back there and I'm mad at myself for accepting such horrible dinners, I should have sent them both back.

Met some friends there as it was between both homes. What a delight, great waitress, Lisa M, and the menu was terrific. Everything we ordered was delicious. Their portions are very generous and the chef does a great job with the sauces. The seafood special was amazing with lobster, shrimp and scallops, the broiled scallops were delicious and came with very nicely cooked vegetables and rice pilaf and the chicken soup was delicious and truly home made. The seafood fradiavlo was great! Will definitely look forward to going back!

If staying or in the area or the Best Western Plus, be sure to check out Harry's Sports Grill.It doesn't matter if you are looking for dinner, a little desert or a place to wet your whistle, Harry's has it all. Staying at the hotel for business, it was a easy place to have a business dinner. Had a steak which was great.Came back later in the evening for a little desert and enjoyed apple pie with ice cream...Best of all, the staff was very friendly and did all they could to make the visit enjoyable. Make sure to see if Jenna is working when you visit as she is exceptional...

A real good experience. I go at least once a month. I never had a bad meal here. Food is cooked to perfection and plentiful. Burgers are super special. All meat dishes are very high quality. Fish is average and salads are good. Great bar and wine list. Wait staff is average. Prices a little high.Parking is very limited. Same owner as Eli's Pizza across the street.

Mikro is on the A list. Itâs a great casual spot to grab good quality food and drink without breaking the bank. The newer spot is roomy and inviting . Love the house special Manhattan and their burger is my personal favorite. The management is very fortunate to have a lot of great staff. Katelyn is THE BEST .. a server with always a smile and her happy demeanor is infectious. There is also a man who waits on our table who is excellent as well, just canât remember his name.. try this spot.. you wonât be disappointed!
