Came at on off time, hoping to get better service because they werent too busy. Took a while for a teen boy to seat us but he did get our drinks promptly. Ordered a yummy chicken sandwich with pineapple, pretty good. My husbands burger was cooked to order. Took awhile for refills and no check back.

This restaurant has by-far the best quality food in New Castle. No disrespect to the other restaurants, but they just don't compare. Eat Bistro reminds me of Root Down, which is one of the highest rated restaurants in Denver. It has delicious, creative dishes and drinks, as well as a very professional and friendly staff. They rock!

Only about a mile off the freeway we were pleasantly surprised by this little gem. We found out why they are known for their Philly Cheesesteak. It was hot and delicious served with a pile of nicely browned French fries. Also an excellent choice was the chef salad that was heaping with meats and cheeses.
