The Swan at Marbury has recently been re-opened after renovation. It's a traditional, comfortable country pub with good food and decent drinks in a quiet and beautiful spot. The new and improved Swan now features; a beautiful sun terrace thatâs perfect fo
My first visit to The Swan at Marbury but certainly not the last. The venue is stunning and inviting with a large car park, fabulous al fresco seating, a relaxed and spacious bar, cosy yet substantial dining areas...and spotless loos! From start to finish the welcome, food and friendly, professional service could not be faulted. Dietary requirements well catered for, gluten free not a problem. Tried a glass of the wine on tap and was pleasantly surprised...it was really, really nice. After beautiful starters and mains no room for dessert but great coffee to finish. I wish that I lived closer as I would love to visit more often. Highly recommended.

My last family visit here was underwhelming and my review was not very good. Well that was Last time, the owner responded quickly and took some positive steps that have clearly paid off. THANK YOU and well done. Our visit last night was fantastic the staff were brilliant and every dish we had was great. There is not much more to say but this place is highly recommended. Our waitress for the evening, Becca, was great and so welcoming and she helped make the evening so nice. We will definitely be back

The Crown Hotel has been a feature of Nantwich town centre for over 400 years. Over this time the Hotel has offered residents of the town and its visitors a warm comfortable welcome, bedrooms and a place to eat and drink. Nothing much has changed in this
A group of us called in to the Crown Hotel Bar and Grill for a couple of drinks before watching a preseason game.A nice pub, the staff were friendly and the couple of pints I had went down well

Traditional British meals in a 16th Century coaching inn, loving renovated to a more modern farmhouse feel. The pub prides itself on a warm welcome for all. Check out our bustling Friday night quiz, Wednesday Night Supper Club or relax with a Sunday Roast
We greatly enjoyed our visits to this old inn. The service was cheerful and friendly. They have a good range of local and imported beers and ciders on tap. The menu was Inventive and interesting. And they have a special lunch deal of two courses for £7.50 or three for £10. Great value and generous serves. Highly recommended.

15th century thatch roofed traditional Country Pub serving traditional food
Visited Yesterday last minute on our way home. The place is beautiful and kept in wonderful condition. Two of us ordered Sunday Lunch and the third just wanted a light meal. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and they seemed to have enough staff to cope well with the demand. The Sunday lunch menu was excellent and contained plenty of choice, I opted for the soup and Roast Beef and was not at all disspointed. The soup was the nicest soup I have ever had, piping hot, thick and full of flavour. Roast beef was lovely. The only point I would make is I didnt feel there was enough gravy for the amount food on the plate but that is just my opinion. All the other diners with me were equally satisfied and we would certainly recommend a visit. We will certainly be returning.

I have reviewed the Bhurtpore many times, and it is more or less impossible to pick fault with this wonderful place. If you want an unrivalled choice of cask ales, Belgian beers and whiskies etc. look no further. The cask beers are all at reasonable prices, but I can't speak for the others, as I don't drink them. The meals are consistently good, and comprehensive gluten free options are available. If you like fish, the haddock pancake starter is really good. My wife, who is a coeliac, had a Sunday roast which she really enjoyed. In short, you get superior food, drink and service, for a very reasonable price.

After numerous previous visits and after there recent refurb we took friends on a Saturday evening to the Leopard. On arrival we stated we had previously booked,â the reply was sit anywhereâ,not this is your table here are the menus, can I get you a drink? in fact the hostelry was more empty than diners which in fact was a complete surprise as in the past you were unable to sit anywhere. You then have to visit the bar obtain your drinks then back up to order. One good thing you didnât have to fetch the meal yourself from the kitchen. There was plenty of staff and a bit more service at the table would have been appreciated. Since the reopening I found personally the portions smaller and prices have risen considerably. A steak pie with very little gravy inside, chips and leek and kale as the veg with a very watery gravy £14. A classic burger, thin fries, small pot of coleslaw £10.95. The majority of sweets £6:95 and you do all the running about!!!!! I for one donât intend to pay for the refurb so sorry another customer lost

We are a family run country pub set in the heart of Wybunbury. We source all of our food as local as possible. We have a lovely sun trapped beer garden (when the sun does make an appearance) Real ales, a very wide gin selection & plenty more 2 great log f
