The kitchen is headed by Adelaide icons Tom Bubner and Shannon Fleming, drawing rustic Italian inspiration for our modern Australian menu. Guests are encouraged to slow down and enjoys the unique space and views at Lot 100. Restaurant diners can expect a
We booked easily by phone where the type of booking available was explained. We opted for a restaurant table with beer tasting beforehand, great beers and types explained. We discussed vermouths and gins and ordered a great Shiraz for lunch. The choices for lunch were extensive but when the meals came out we were blown away by the tastes! The pastas were so tasty, pork roll to die for and the BBQ chilli pizza blew me away!Affogato and gin flights were fantastic! Customer service from the bar guys and waiters were so friendly and helpful we were astounded! So highly recommended, best in Australia for us!

This tavern oozes heaps of charm and class. The food choices are very wide and varied. Some great pub fare with upmarket restaurant options. We opted for the upmarket menu options with some great specials. Food is very fresh, well produced and presented and not expensive...They also have a bottle shop attached for browsing your favourite wine..The service is great, very professional and friendly.. Only 30min up the freeway from Adelaide...Thank you for the lovely words. Glad you enjoyed the experience and our offering. We hope to see you again soon.Cheers,Pablo

Good, old style local pub. It has a welcoming front bar, a cosy dining room, fantastic balcony area and probably the best beer garden around. The food is good, well priced and generous serves. Great steaks, snitzels and shanks, but it all seems good from multiple visits. Has a small but interesting wine list, which again is well priced.Friendly service from a family pub.

A group of 4 work colleagues chose The German Arms hotel for dinner. Having been there a couple of times before I was interested in trying something new on the menu.I ordered the Jagerschnitzel which is a pork schnitzel with bacon and a nice gravy sauce with some hearty mash potato and some greens. As always the service is fast and pleasant and the portions are huge....very good value for money. We started with some wedges and some damper as well....but nearly too much to eat for us!They offer some very good German beers and a good selection of local wines as well. The atmosphere is pleasant and even though we picked trivia night the service was still very good and friendly. The German Arms is always a pleasure to eat at and Marketing I'll definitely be going again when next in Hahndorf SA.

Just a little stroll off the Hahndorf Academy/Centre is this little restaurant which combine es nice Australian cuisine with an arty ambience. We very much enjoyed the excellent service, which was at times a little rushed. The Brussel sprouts were nice but almost a bit overpowered by garlic! Mains (pulled lamb shoulder and haloumi) were excellent, the apple crumble outstanding! Hello! (Hallo) Thank you for your review. It was really wonderful having you with us. With the lantern festival taking place in town, all-day Saturday had been very busy day for us and your smiles and positivity were very much appreciated. So thank you! :-) I am very glad to know that you enjoyed your food overall, and we appreciate your thoughts regarding the Brussels sprouts. I will pass this onto the kitchen team. Thank you again for joining us, and I wish you well on the rest of your holiday. Kind regards, Erica

Just arrived in Mount Barker having driven across from Melbourne. Set up camp, went to stretch our legs and explore the village and decided to eat out for dinner. Grays inn looked inviting. We were warmly welcomed, it was still early evening so the service was prompt, great food, great wine, nice and warm after walking in the chilly winter air outside.Would eat there again.

Nestled in the picturesque Adelaide Hill's village of Hahndorf the Hahndorf Inn Hotel has a rich combination of history & hospitality.Built in 1863, the hotel has retained many of its original features in "picture postcard" style.Open 7 days and serving b
Hahndorf is in the hills, about an hour's drive from Adelaide. It's like a little piece of Germany transplanted to South Australia, which isn't strange because the State welcomed many German immigrants. The sausages are tasty, the Germans love their wurst. almost as much as they love their beer. The staff are keen to take your order. Hahndorf is a good day-trip from Adelaide, just take it easy on the beer if you are driving.

Food was good apart from the cold chips.I sat facing the kitchen and had to observe the chef touching his face a lot while serving food; the waitresses jiggling while they waites for orders and also scratxhing their head while hovering over food. A bit more attention to detail in the hygiene dept would be nice...

We have been here on a number of occasions & have always been impressed with both the food & service. On Mother's Day, we rocked up without a booking, half expecting to be turned away, as the venue was already extremely well patronised. It was a pleasant surprise to be advised that they had a nice table for 2 along the window & that we were welcome to choose from their Mother's Day menu despite not having a booking for the event. Really good customer service & their staff make you feel really welcome. We both had the pea & ham soup which was thick, flavoursome & hot & came with a slice of garlic bread. Yum! This was followed by the crumbed garfish for me & a Hawaiian Schnitty for my spouse. Nice choices & a nice addition to their traditional menu. Have never had a bad meal here & prices are very reasonable. Families are welcome & tables are plentiful. Great place to visit before the movies or if you are in a hurry. Good selection of meals, desserts, wines & drinks to suit most tastes. Can recommend as a venue for families, special occasions or just casual dining.

Had lunch at The Barker and we were surprised at the range of choices on the menu. They also had a daily specials menu from which we chose the roast of the day and soup of the day. Started with the pitta bread and dips which was delicious and great value for the price. It was a very cold day and the friendly, efficient waitress gave us a table right in front of the fire which we really appreciated. Decor is lovely and the food delicious.
