Loved the place. Right next to the old castle facing the sea. The service was very good and friendly. A very wide drinks menu. Tried local beers and loved them. They serve a complementary snacks platter which is quite nice and sumptuous. Definitely recommended for a fun evening.

June , evening , 28 degrees celsius outside, sunset on the way to the restaurant... And then excellent food from the Genovese tradition: pansoti with nuts sauce, trofie of chestnuts with pesto, tagliolini with mushroom sauce, fried rabbit, roasted meat, fried eggplants and zucchini, home made poatato chips. All of it of a great quality and taste, I hardly can find such good quality around Portofino's area. On top of it a very kind waiter and the price is cheap. Just the evening before we ate on Portofino's square on the sea and the food wasn't even comparable, ten times better and enjoyable at the Osteria Rasin. I would have given a higher score if only deserts were as good as the other dishes, unfortunately my favorite italian desert tiramisù wasn't done in the right way, and the lemon sorbetto was made with those fake industrial preparations you find in bottles. I still want to go back there and enjoy more of their menu, just no more desert

A superb selection of beers and excellent cocktails, aperitivo best in Rapallo. We also ordered food which was good quality and reasonable price. Service excellent a great place to go,Highly recommended.
