We were seated rather quickly and there were several empty tables so we thought we had hit at a good time. Within five minutes we had our drinks out and our orders in. That's where the good time stopped...We waited almost two hours for a sampler platter a cheeseburger with fries and fried pickles. When the food did make it out to us, it was cold. The pickles had congealed grease on them, the platter came with onion rings and there was a rather long human hair in the batter of one of the onion rings. YUCK!!You'd think that they would have taken those off of the price and just charged us for what we ate, right? Nope. They took $2.17 off of that platter...Thanks but no thanks BWW, we won't be back.
Love this place, the owners are the friendliest, drinks are cheap & flowing, nothing is a problem, best pub atmosphere I've been in, can't wait to go back, defo what a sports bar should be.
Always a fun time when you take your family bowling. I do believe this is the only bowling location in Prattville. Arcade fun for the kids also. i think I recall seeing pool tables in arcade area? Anyway, take your family and friends bowling. Have a beer if you want and are of age!

I've visited Applebee's several times and the food was pretty good. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I've had was with one manage after ordering alcoholic drinks. The mixed drinks had so much mixture that this was all I tasted! I asked the manager if I could exchange my drink after one sip and the manager stated "yes you can but you still have to pay for that one." I asked why do I have to pay if I only took one sip and the drink was too sweet?" The manager was gracious enough to ask what could she do to make the drink better and I answered that she could remove some of the sweet mixture and add more alcohol. She stated that there is a limit of ounces to how much alcohol can be served per drink. I understood that, so the question to the manager is if you can't pour out any of the mixture or add any alcohol then what do you suggest to do to make the drink better? The manager answer was add more mixture or ice! Honestly, if the customer does not like Any Item after one taste or one sip....Just give them another one! That's good customer service! My suggestion...just order beer or water. Good location surrounded by other restaurants and shopping centers.
Went to hear a band & really liked this little bar. The bathrooms are incredibly clean which is something we both noticed right away. In small town bars that usually isn't the case but they keep this bar real clean! The bartender was so friendly I just loved her & so was the cook. They serve what I call bar food which is ALL appetizers. Cheese sticks, potato skins etc. but not actual meals. Everything we ordered was good. There are pool tables & darts in addition to great live bands. I love everything about this bar EXCEPT the cigarette smoking. We had to leave before the band's last set because my head was hurting, my eyes were burning & my lungs felt awful for two days breathing that in. This pub would be the perfect small town dive bar if they would ban the smoking. It ruined our whole evening & we had to shower soon as we got back because our hair & clothing smelled terrible. They have the best bands play here if you like Blues/Rock it has exceptional talent. I would gladly go back again if the smoking was outside.

We stayed at the Marriott at Capitol and had a great overall experience. Several morning we came to the Oak Tavern for breakfast and were greeted and taken care of by a very friendly and attentive staff. When we returned later in the evening for a round of drinks and live music, we were greeted by a less than attentive bar staff. We weren't given the cold shoulder but you could tell that the young lady behind the bar had a chip on her shoulder.Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience in the Oak Tavern, and please do accept our apology. We will certainly look into this to ensure that we take corrective action where necessary. Thank you again.
