Paul McCartney has never been here but the lyrics to the song are relevant to the dining experience. I had the Surf and Turf but it was a major let down; almost tasted like they cooked in the same broiler pan together. I think the bar business is what keeps the place going; many PA establishments serve food mainly to allow them to sell alcohol 7 days a week. Also, too many drunk and obno Penn State fans yelling at me since I was wearing a University of Alabama T-shirt.

I had to get off of I-80 because of a freezing rain advisory, and Seri sent me to Lock Haven. I had a great bed at the Best Western and they steered me to this local bar.At 5:30 PM on Friday night it was packed with locals. I sat at the bar between a carpenter and an electrician. They were good company and helped me make a dinner choice of Chicken Fajitas. Loved it and had enough to share and take home. According to the locals it is a best buy. Liked my beer, too...I think it was some sort of amber wheat thingy. Tab came to $15.00. Nice visit to a nice town that BTW is full of Federal architecture.
Went there as an after wedding luncheon. The service was excellent and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. As the luncheon was pre-planned, there was no vegetarian option. When our waiter, Mark, asked for my order I simply said I am a vegetarian and will just have the salad and veggies whereupon he said, I'll see what the cook can do. When he served the meals he brought me a nice plate of veggie pasta. I would definitely go back.

We gathered here for drinks, and then ordered dinner. The flounder and rice were both perfectly cooked, and the waitress great for letting me substitute the broccolini seasonal vegetable for the sauteed greens. Others ate the pizza (huge for the price), the tacos, the soup of the day which was an Irish stew, the salmon, the mango/curry chicken, and the vegetarian pasta. Everyone thought the food was great. No this is not an elegant restaurant. No this is not the place to get a romantic dinner. It is good food in a fun atmosphere. Plus the mac and cheese sounded pretty interesting, as did the wing special. (The desserts going by looked great too!)Oh - and thank you Main Street Grill for showing other than sports on the many televisions around the bar area ! Two televisions for sports, one for Family Feud, and one for the news was a welcome sight !

Stopped in on wing night with business colleagues. Food was awesome. Wings were awesome. Service is good. Not the greatest beer selection.

Delighted we found this great little busy pub and even though it was almost 9.30 pm, we could still order food. The kitchen is small but the food was fresh and tasty and perfectly complimented the local beers.

We were staying about half way between State College and Lock Haven this past weekend, and did not want to try any State College locations due to graduation festivities. So we headed to Lock Haven instead. Three of us shared the family feast, and we enjoyed it - although the menu states it is for 3-4 people, many of the items served were in multiples of 3 so not sure how it would have worked for 4 people. We did sit at the outdoor patio.

Stopped here after visiting the Piper Aviation museum. Quiet town today. The bartender took our order promptly and got us our drinks. Food came out quickly. I got the Ham BBQ sandwich, it was good, my chips were a tad on the stale side, I thought it came with fries. My husband for the Corner sandwich and seemed to like it and his fries were good.

Full Service Restaurant and Bar. We also have a twelve room motel in a separate building.
Restaurent was extremely busy. Salads arrived quickly. Meals were considerably longer. Steaks were expertly cooked to order, fried foods overdone. Prices are very reasonable.Iâm very sorry to hear that sir. We definitely strive for our food to be as quick as possible and properly cooked. We hope that you will consider visiting our establishment again and we also hope to get your food out faster and not over done.
