This newly opened resto in a renovated Quick fast food restaurant is welcome addition to the Laon area, but they could do with better management. VEGAN burger included uncooked BACON strips!?!?original burger not prepared with much attention either...!? service mostly sympathetic but not very professional, never offered anything for the numerous slights of the kitchen...

This is my 3rd trip to Laon and its beautiful surrounding villages. I noticed this chic new bistro near the train station. After tasting 4 different dishes I am thoroughly convinced that the kitchen doesn't have a very strong foundation in the basics of good simple French cuisine. Caesar salad made with iceberg lettuce and overpowered by the flavor of large sardines. It was like eating watery fish, No lemon, no garlic, no parmesan... My companion ordered a steak dish with a red wine sauce. The "steak" was so tough (despite being cooked rare) that the table threatened toss all of our plates as he was trying to cut it. "sauce" consisted of quartered shallots soaked in a bit of red table wine. Our waitress was relatively nice, considering we weren't happy with our meals. We would return for an afternoon coffee or a quick drink. Do yourself a favor and grab your food anywhere else.

Un accueil chaleureux, de la bonne musique, une carte vivante du nom de Marlène (si si je vous jure : elle a tout en tête!), des mojitos originaux (je conseille mojito violette, myrtille ou cerise!), et une bonne ardoise de charcuteries et fromage pour grignoter (que le jeudiiii!!) : what else ?! On va revenir ;)

Accueil très moyen. La personne à l'accueil préférait discuter avec ses potes plutôt que de prendre notre commande. La tartiflette n'a pas de vrai reblochon mais du simple fromage à tartiflette sans saveur. De toute façon tout est fade. Ma femme a pris un sandwich frite on n'a pas mangé les frites elles ont encore moins de goût que celle du Mac Do c'est dire... et le sandwich sans gout... c'est incroyable d'en arriver là ... Un vrai miracle d'arriver à servir de la nourriture sans goût et fade... et ne pensez pas faire un retour à la cuisine ils vous enverront paître ...Bref je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet endroit... Par contre niveau livraison vu comment roulent leur scooter je pense que vous serez livré rapidement...
