Wish id read the reviews before ever eating here. Ordered my meal with 5 other friends. When mine ( & another friends) hadnt arrived by the time the others had finished theirs ( 15-20minutes) we went in to see how they were progressing. Were informed by the friendly waitress that the digital system had a glitch &orders hadnt gone through to the kitchen. She offered a refund since the kitchen was closing. That alone wasnt good enough, so she sought the manager. He came and offered the same. Told him refund alone wouldnt suffice as id not sat around for over an hr just to have the same $20 in my pocket with an empty belly. He was rather aggressive in his manner, all puffy & sterioded up, with his stance, and manner of refusal, but i( & my mate) werent going to be easily intimidated, nor pushed over.. Banter went to a fro for a while.Tbh Itd been a long day, and his maner & refusal just made me 'hangry'. Told him it was far from good enough, and that any reasonable establishment, beyond a refund would offer satisfaction in some form, whether it be offering a complimentary meal or reopening the kitchen or just ensuring our bellies could be filled somehow.He said he wasnt prepared to do any of that, and made suggestion i was unreasonable. Then aggressively questioned "what are you goin to do about it mate". Told him id spread the matter of his poor service and unproffesionlism across the net. He said he didnt care. My mate and i kept on him for a while, but really his attitude started to change after the mention of public shaming. He did end up offering to pay from his own pocket for dominos pizzas from down the road, which id suggested earlier. Told him id only made that prompt( before id told him was going to publicize) to see his response, and that i dont eat that sh#t. Upon my mate requesting, he offered a free beer each. Id had enough and just wanted to smash a glass on his meat head by then. Decided taking my money and walking away was the only reasonable thing to do. My mate accepted the beers. I left. Besides here this review will be posted a trustpilot and any other platform easily accesible. People like Kyle, ( meathead manager) at Kiama Inn Hotel, should just stay in their mirrored four walled gym rooms, or prison cells, and be kept from the general public

Four of us ate here tonight and all enjoyed. Good specials, lamb shank was excellent as was risotto (although serves too big for the girls). Good range of beers. Ordinary decor but friendly staff. We all enjoyed

Went here for a family dinner tonight, I ordered the calamai with wombok salad. I unfortunately could not eat it was about 25 thickly battered pieces of calamari and a minuscule side of cabbage and red capsicum with brown water assuming dressing?? Will never go back here. The chips were dry and the whole place felt dirty.
