Josephine's is a craft cocktail bar and kitchen tucked into an old homesteader cabin just a few miles from Glacier National Park. We were inspired by the incredible story of the 'Bootleg Lady of Glacier Park', Josephine Doody who operated a moonshine oper
The prime rib sandwich was very delicious, and so was the 3 mushroom burger was very delicious. The poutine was tasty. The service was not so great, and they were out of several things by the time we got there. Thanks so much for the great review. Sorry to hear you were disappointed that we were out of a few things - you caught us on our last day open for the season. Hopefully you can come back next summer and try what you missed this time around.

We were staying in West Glacier and needed to grab some dinner. We ended up here and had a great time. We sat at the bar and all the patrons, who were local people, were super friendly! They gave us tips, advice, and shared some local knowledge, as well as fresh cherries for dessert. We had some sliders which were really good and their fries, which was a gigantic portion, were top notch!! Craft beer on tap. Nice beer tenders.

Located at the Historic Tamarack Lodge and Cabins, halfway between Columbia Falls and the West Entrance to Glacier National Park, we provide a full dinner menu seven days a week with fireside dining and a full bar. Breakfast is served from 7am - 11am ever
After traveling all day we checked into the Tamarack which conveniently has a restaurant attached. When you check in, Kyle, the front desk host is also the bartender. We checked in the. Got a couple of local beers In chilled glasses and then sat in the second room, where they have a fireplace and tv we snuggled into a very comfortable leather sofa and enjoyed our beers. Then Tara our server came up and took our order. She recommended the crab cakes which were delicious. For dinner we split the pesto penne with chicken which was mediocre. I will say, sitting on the sofa with the table that was raised to accommodate us was pretty amazing. We felt very welcome there and would highly recommend to non guests of the hotel. Thank you so much, Shayne! We appreciate your feedback and recommendation for anyone passing by to try Off The Beaten Path. We are glad you took advantage of full use of the main lodge by having your meal cozy by the fireplace. We hope you will visit us again in the future!

Great find after a long flight. Only about a 10 minute drive from Glacier National Airport. We ordered a flight of beers & food. Typically breweries either do not serve food or focus more on the beer. Not this place. The food & beer were fantastic. We ate the Bistro Burger & Ginger Pork Bowl. Everything was perfectly cooked & seasoned. So delicious. The flight included 4 beers. There is a beer for everyone from IPA to Stout. We enjoyed them all. The place is very popular & we scored the last table.
