6 of us went on a Sunday evening. No problem seating us. Order food and get drink chits at the window. Got 2 of their eclectic pizzas, BBQ Sausage and Cheesburger. Both different but good. Nice thin crust from their spent mash. Beer was decent. I had the Under the Dam Stout which I thought was the best of the 4 we tried. Pizza delivered to the table.
If you are looking for a north woods experience out side the box this is it. On the river, laid back(if you're not cool with a couple of old dogs in the bar(including the owner), don't go....old log building, good company and good drinks! Enough said.

Came for dinner with my husband. We've been here numerous times and have always had inadequate service or subpar food and had hoped this would be better.... had a drink at the bar (good service here) then sat down and ordered dinner. The waitress took our order, delivered our food..... and NEVER CAME BACK! I ordered a glass of wine with dinner and never got it. Twenty minutes later, Hubby had to ask the hostess for a take-out box for my dinner. We were told our waitress was "chit-chatting" and she was sorry. Too late! I WILL NEVER come back here to eat. Poor service EVERY time we've come.

We enjoy any visit to Pine Drive at Holcombe. We like Monday Margaritas Nights with Mexican food offerings in addition to the regular menu. You can get there by snowmobile in the winter, water craft in the summer, or just a short auto ride from Highway 27. Owners Lee and Amy Wright and their staff are always happy to see you.

Had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The salad bar was small but still good. Amazing soup. Fried shrimp special was very good with lots of flavor. Price was reasonable. Only thing that threw us was the clear plastic over the tablecloth. Made it look more like a diner than a restaurant.

While camping nearby we were looking for a nice dinner and decided to try here for the lakeside atmosphere. We expected a dining room but found it's essentially a big bar with tables and a deck overlooking the lake. That said, it's very clean with an open floor plan and huge windows facing the lake. Inside its noisy from all the game machines. We sat on the deck and found it was a whole different atmosphere. About half the tables were filling with boaters who came for drinks and dinner. A nice mix of small groups and families. The food was good, service excellent, and the view is outstanding.
