First visit to Louie's Landing while bike packing this past weekend. We'll be back! Great Friday fish fry... perch with perfect light breading and awesome house-made cole slaw! Excellent craft beer selection too, with ipas for me and malty selections for the hubby. See you during ski season!

Some local friends recommended it for breakfast. We had been there before for lunch items. Very good recommendation. All four of us had different items from the breakfast menu and all were equally good. Good service and reasonable prices. We arrived around 11:15 and just made it between the morning crowd and lunch crowd. It is popular with the locals, so depending on the time, you may have to wait for a table. Late morning seems to be the best time to beat the crowd.

This is a bar and restaurant that is part of a resort near Hayward, Wisconsin.
We visited this resort for food and drinks on the recommendation of friends. While the resort also has lakeside cottages, we did not stay on site. Inside the bar/restaurant, it feels a bit like stepping back in time when rustic, cabin-y taverns dotted each and every lake shore in northern Wisconsin. The restaurant and deck/patio area offer a stunning view of the Chippewa Flowage. We had prompt, friendly service at the bar. The lodge is open 7 days a week. Both my husband and I ordered burgers. We were a bit taken aback by the prices, but we decided to try them anyway. When we got our food, we were disappointed. The burgers and fries were delicious, hot, and tasty. In the end, we didn't mind paying a bit of a premium price since the food was fantastic.

Loved the Moccasin! Great casual atmosphere. Design of bar perfect for large and small groups. Lots of woodwork and large bar area. Most people stop by to see all the taxidermists dream of animals, fish and birds. Canât forget the worlds largest musky! The Bloody Mary was tasty! I like the bowls of shelled peanuts you can nibble on. A must stop if coming thru Hayward!

TAKE A DRIVE DOWN TO THE BOULEVARD Come on down to The Boulevard which features coffee, beer, wine and spirits as well as an off-sale wine and craft beer shop. While you're here, try one of our signature paninis, fresh salads or flavorful soups - always i
This restaurant opened last year so this is their second summer season. We called in a take out order after looking at the websiteâs menu. Panini sandwiches were listed at $8.95 each. The bill for 4 sandwiches came to $51.17! This restaurant is on their second summer season so that was quite an unexpectedly high jump in prices. We probably wonât be returning. The Ruebens were okay but the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich was rather bland.I am so sorry you did not enjoy you food, we pride ourselves on our great food and service, hopefully you will come back and be part of the Boulevard family. If you want to get in touch with me personally feel free to call the Boulevard at 715-699-7100.Thank You,Jill Martin

My wife's medium well burger came out medium rare. But, the server took it back and they promptly made another burger which came out as desired. I tried it and thought the patty had nice caramelization, flavor and a good bun. My daughter and I shared the meat lovers pizza, which was forgettable with a barely there crust. All in all, we had a good experience and enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service.Hello EngelKingThank you for taking the time to review Blackiron. A fun place to stop for a bite to eat on the patio in downtown Hayward. We had the gyro and a taco salad. Both were excellent. Service was very good and the price was reasonable. It also has an excellent selection of beverages. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Hayward.
