This place was awesome. We had beer and appetizers while watching the OSU football game. Everyone was so friendly - the staff and customers alike! They have a great selection of beer and the food was excellent. The ambiance is wonderful. Truly worth hunting for in Guthrie!
2. The Jungle

Don't get me wrong, I am ALL about free - but the free tacos that were featured the day I stopped in were more than suspect. The chips were stale, the rice had flies swarming and all of the ice holding the sour cream was melted. Not something that I wanted as a side-car with my cocktail - which came with an ant in the ice! The Jungle did seem like an okay watering hole...it was early afternoon on a day when a local festival was occurring, but the audience was still sparse. The bartender got to me quickly, but was not overly friendly - perhaps because it was evident I was not a local.I do not find myself in Guthrie too often and when I do will be in The Jungle even less!

This place is now gone. The building was torn down for a new roadway. Don't waste your time going there.
