Per caso siamo entrati per pranzo in questo locale, che principalmente fa pub serale, abbiamo provato un menù tartufo nero veramente buono,ottimi crostini e polenta da urlo!! Buon vino montefalco locale,che dire...provatelo!!

Perhaps it was because it was a Saturday night, but the loud music on entering the bar seemed to be completely at odds with the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere we have experienced in other local bars in town.And I guess the magic words here are "local bars", and those are the sort of bars we seek out whenever, and wherever we travel. Having found some real beauties in Gubbio I guess Fusion seemed much more like a tourist bar, albeit I accept that local Gubbians like, and are entitled to lively bars.The bottom line is that although this bar wasn't really to our taste, the service was very good and the complimentary snacks are a nice touch.

If you're looking for an authentic hilltown experience with delicious, typical Umbrian food, this town has much to offer. We liked being up in the mountains; exploring the many treasures of this town; taking the two-person cable 'cage' up the side of the mountain, and hiking back down to the town. Market day was especially fun trying local porchetta sandwiches, produce, etc. Lots of history and tradition here in Gubbio. Can't wait to get back!

Panini veramente ottimi, anche i fritti molto buoni. A disposizione molte vie di birre alla spina. Precisi negli orari di ritiro cibo da asporto.

A parte la colazione, con prodotti sempre freschi e sempre nuovi, che da sola vale un bonus, la cucina di Marika, con Andrea ai tavoli, è una continua meraviglia. Dobbiamo parlare di una composizione di assaggi nei quali si combinano la tradizione locale e qualche piatto della cucina abruzzese, rivisitati con freschezza, sapore e leggerezza. Prodotti di stagione e di territorio, una squisita crescia, un dolce da dieci, una bottiglia di Montefalco (che quando ci vuole, ci vuole). Servizio appassionato e attento. Impossibile non sentirsi a casa propria in un posto così, dove chi lavora lo fa con competenza e con passione: quello che vuol dire sentirsi davvero accolti. Uno dei "nostri" luoghi.
