A great place to fill up a growler or just pick up a six-pack. You won't find any Budweiser or Coors here either.

Visit to Rivals on recent stop in Greenville. Not a busy night, so hard to compare service complaints in other reviews. No problem at all with our service or food.Wait staff was very friendly/helpful. Catfish platter was superb - plenty enough for two people. Tamales were a little different - fried and pretty good. Good atmosphere - seemed more a sports bar than steak house. Full bar.
I used to Bounce at this club a couple of years ago. The owner is a really nice girl and she keeps the place fresh. The music is good and the food is tasty. If I were going to go out in Greenville, this would be my first stop.

There arenât many choices in Greenville so we went with Garfields. I had a simple chicken tender basket and it was quite delicious. Itâs located in a mall but there werenât many stores open to exploring after my lunch meeting. The servers were average but not as attentive as they could have been considering it wasnât as busy. Give it a shot but donât expect to be impressed.

Pull into the parking lot of the little shop and ready yourself for food. The flavor is good and the price is a little high. The tamales are small. The ladies have been in business for a while and fought off a number of competitors. Who knew such a small place packed such a big punch. The little drive up sales Hot Tamales only.

New to the area and needed an early dinner, so steered here from Tripadvisor! We had the fried green tomato appetizer (a little different for us midwesterners, but very good!) For dinner I had the catfish lafitte, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My wife had shrimp pasta ... overload on the portion, but she did like it very much. Restaurant is located in a repurposed old Sears building in downtown Greenville. Nicely redone with bare red brick walls and an interesting decor. Maybe a little pricey ... but we did enjoy ourselves.
