Golden is the Home Rule Municipality that is the county seat of Jefferson County, Colorado, United States. Golden lies along Clear Creek at the base of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Founded during the Pike's Peak Gold Rush on June 16, 1859, the mining camp was originally named Golden City in honor of Thomas L. Golden. Golden City served as the capital of the provisional Territory of Jefferson from 1860 to 1861, and capital of the official Territory of Colorado from 1862 to 1867. In 1867, the territorial capital was moved about 12 miles (19 km) east to Denver City. The United States Census Bureau estimates that the city population was 18,867 in 2010.

We had found this place by just looking on our phones in July.Now it is September and came all the way back from FLA for another round of great wings. The whole "wing"!!!Again the wings were fantastic as was the service too.This time it was cool enough to eat outside.If we are ever headed this way again we will stop.

Stopped for lunch on way west to Steamboat. Definitely impressed with the quality, preparation and presentation of our meals. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. Priced reasonably for what you get! If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular here.

We stumbled across Cast Iron while out exploring Golden. It wasnât busy when we arrived, but it was packed when we left. Service was excellent, food was delicious. My kids even cleaned their plate which doesnât happen often. We sat outside on the patio which is dog friendly. Beautiful views outside. I ordered the salmon, strawberry and spinach salad which was amazing. The perfect summer salad. My salmon was cooked expertly. By far the best salad I have had in months. We will return, very soon.

This is a great restaurant and taphouse in downtown Golden. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and itâs a block off the main thorough fare. Service is fast and friendly, and the menu is really different. There are several beers on tap and a great atmosphere to relax. I had an elk burger with fries and it was excellent!

We weâre surprised to find pulled lamb sandwiches on the menu. They were excellent and different. The accompanying fries were very good as well. And then there was the Avocado Hummus. All in all, above average with excellent service.

Denver's best burger did not disappoint!! Times 3! We had Mexican burger, blue crumble and patty melt. All 3 fantastic and huge! Great dive bar vibe with lots of TV's to watch golf and our NW bearcats!! Great music, fantastic waitress, yummy food. If you are local to here you are sooo lucky!! Close to Duluth trading...the cashier recommended wrigley's...thank you so much!!

Been coming here on a number of occasions. Last time was in Spring 2014. Food was excellent - the venison chilli remains my favorite. Also loved the wings and the Twin Peaks Sundae. The layout is also really cool, as booths have their own mini screen whereby one can watch whatever sport is on live! Pretty awesome! Something you won't find at Hooters!

Stopped here while wandering the beautiful streets of Golden headed to Coors Brewery. Just had a couple drinks. There is option for food. Very friendly service. Have suggestions on beers. The orange creamsicle was amazing! Double dubs was good too. Had a light berry flavor. Also has a variety of wine choices. Enjoyed our stop here

What I really liked about this place is we werent rushed. We were at first just going to have 1 round and then move on. The waitress left us alone and we eventually had another round. Then it started to pour so we ordered something to eat. while she certainly checked in on us we were never pressure to order more even as the place filled up. One thing we did do was order a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup (though really tasted more like pasta sauce but still tasty) and had them cut up the sandwich so we could all dip into the soup. Nice app. We want our costumers to always feel welcomed to stay, relax and enjoy their experience! Thank you for the kind words!

My wife and I were killing time in Golden between doing the Red Rocks and heading to the Coors Tour so we decided to fill our bellies with pizza. The outside look of this place was inviting and, since there was open seating at the bar, we were shuttled right in without having to wait in line. Since the was a Saturday, i enjoyed all the football that was on every screen and the beer selection was most inviting. The buffet was outstanding and best of all was my wife's bloody mary. I pride myself as a Bloody Mary connoisseur, and their dill-liscious hit the spot! The servers were very friendly and we had nice dialogue on the various drinks and football games. This place is a must when one must satiate the pizza or Bloody Mary craving!Thanks T_Nap! We really appreciate your review and business. We hope you enjoyed Golden...
