The restaurant was interesting enough. The service was awful. We waited a long while to be waited on. As we waited we watched the waitress bringing the wrong order to at least two different tables. We ordered and when our order arrived there were items we ordered missing. The food was mediocre.

Came here with my wifes family for a birthday dinner. Made reservations through open table and happy about that because the place was packed. MANY beer choices and cocktails. Wings, wings and more wing choices. Delish. Everything was awesome. Service was tops. A great place to come for dinner and for watching the games. 2 thumbs up.! If I had more thumbs I would give em. Dont miss.!!

Food is fine and reasonably priced as are drinks. Not a local chain so not the same old same old bar food and menu changes periodically. Plenty of TV's to watch any game imaginable. However the service is PAINFULLY S_L_O_W. Waitstaff disappears for extended periods of time. Not enough of them and wait time from placing order to actually seeing food is unreasonable. As an added bonus, on most nights management feels the need to blast the music in the bar area to such a volume that conversation can be all but impossible - even when the place has few patrons. It's a sports bar, not a disco! We have told the server - if you do not turn the music volume down, we are not staying to eat. They did.

Murph's covers a lot of ground, for some it is the neighborhood pub, for others it is the local restaurant. No matter, Murph's serves up great food in an inviting environment. You want pub burgers, they have great burgers, you want delicately breaded pork cops, they have that, you want wonderful onion soup, they have that .... no matter what you select, you will be pleased. The owner barks orders to her team and they respond in military precision, not out of fear, but with respect for their mission, to make every guest feel at home. The menus is extensive and provides something for everyone and their prices are reasonable. If you are hungry and in Franklin Square, cut a path to Murph's.
