Excellent well cooked food just over 2 weeks ago (end October 2018) .Great location in a lovely hilltop town 25 minutes from Rome. Well worth a visit

I was really hungry having driven all day. Starters of various fried cheese croquettes was absolutely tasteless. Ribs for the main course were covered in an awful sweet sludgy goo. Even the ice cream was poor

We were on a self-guided cycle tour from Rome to Orvieto and return and stopped twice at Bar Centrale (outbound and inbound) for a coffee and sandwich.We were originally planning to have just a coffee and cream croissant but when we saw the sandwiches we decided to choose a couple of those instead. There is a very good selection of fresh sandwiches with different types of interesting bread and I particularly liked the bresaola sandwich (see photo). The prices are very reasonable, the service is friendly and there is plenty of seating.Highly recommended!

bel locale con sala per mangiare seduti dei pasti veloci, verdure varie uno o due primi, diversi secondi, eventualmente si può prendere un trittico veloce e poi il personale è gentilissimo e simpatico, al bar dei panini e pizzette buone, io l'unica pecca è sulla pizzetta mozzarella e melanzana, la melanzana la sbuccerei rimane più morbida quando si scalda
