We stopped here to check out Baileyâs Harbor! It didnât disappoint. We had a few drinks served by Tonya... very nice conversation! We then went to have an early dinner. I chose the Think Summer wrap with sweet potato fries. Outstanding! I also got a cup of the black bean soup with sausage... I couldâve had another! The broasted chicken my husband got was outstanding...coleslaw was not good... but overall the rest was great!Hi Josieryan! Thank you for the positive rating. We are so pleased you and your husband enjoyed your time with us!
Where to eat Italian food in Ephraim: The Best Restaurants and Bars

I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident during a wintery week day in Door County! Great find. Since it was lunch time, I stopped in to check out this tiny lunch nook attached to their B&B. I met the bartender, waiter and cook; super friendly and efficient! Although it was busy, I didn't feel rushed for a second. I enjoyed the cauliflower and walnut tacos along with their specialty chips. I loved both. Small menu but unique items, sourced from local farmers and I will be back to try more; would love to try everything on that menu. This is a must-stop-in place! Not your average restaurant. We are planning a fall wedding in Door County and have added this to our website as a place to eat and stay.

This place is a country bar popular with the locals. Their menu offers up a wide variety of food options including burgers, wraps, fish, fried appetizers and soups. Between the four us, we tried a cheeseburger, Philly steak sandwich, Philly chicken sandwiches, French fries and cheese curds - both regular and buffalo style. All the food was served up promptly and fully satisfied our tastebuds. The bar music played as we ate. Atmosphere was rustic. Service was generally good and we would eat here again.

We arrived a few minutes after 7pm on July 5th, we were a party of six and looked inside and outside before deciding on a table outside - most tables inside were for four or less. The restaurant was about half full at that point - I noticed at least a half dozen tables inside were empty, and at least half the outside tables were too. And yet it took a full hour for us to receive our order. After 45 minutes we complained - we werenât the only ones either - and were told âthe pizzas take a little longerâ by the waitress. It was still another 15 minutes before we got our food. Eventually the restaurant manager came to speak to us and she told us, after telling us the kitchen was really busy (despite half the tables being empty), âif we told everyone it would be an hour wait before they were served, nobody would come here.âI told her that a 60 minute wait is unacceptable, especially when the restaurant was half full. She neither accepted that basic fact about customer expectations at a restaurant, nor apologized for keeping us, including my 80+ year old parents, waiting an hour for our order. Beyond that central incompetence, when we were seated outside, the waitress took our drink order, and after telling us she broke the opener trying to open our bottle of wine (?!) (she had to go back inside for a few minutes after bringing the bottle) we were told that there is no table service outside and normally you have to order food with the bartender (?!). However she offered to take our order, which saved us from having to walk over to the bar with dinner orders for six people, which apparently is the normal procedure at this restaurant. After we finished our meal, the manager had the waitress deliver the message offering us free dessert because of the wait, rather than taking the responsibility herself. We thought about it, but also wondered how much longer it would take to get it. But after looking again at the menu, we found there was no dessert listed on any of the menus! We just laughed at that point at the sheer incompetence! The waitress came back and when we told her there was no dessert on the menu she said, âoh we donât have a dessert menu, let me tell you what we have for dessert....âWe laughed again and passed. The food itself was average Italian fare you can find at just about any typical Italian restaurant- Average thin crust pizza, spaghetti bolognese, marinara, etc. only served in 15 minutes by any competent restaurant.Avoid.

Ate there one afternoon after shopping, looking for outdoor tables in the area. Once we walked inside, the bar atmosphere was hopping. The service, food, and drinks were outstanding. Will be back again...

We go there a couple of times each Summer when we visit Door County...it is truly "everyman's" place to eat. Not pretentious in anyway. Pub food...burgers, soups, wraps and the prices are very good. It is very popular with local people so it has a neighborhood feel. You can eat in-doors in the bar area or their dining area...the outside is good for people watching but the tables are small...a good time for everybody, not rowdy.
