Avoid the pizza. They use a mass-produced crust (similar to what you can buy in the grocery store), the toppings are sparse, and they overcooked my pizza. While reasonably priced, there are so many better dishes here - pick one of them instead of the pizza.

First time I came here the place was practically empty but the lady bartender said the kitchen was still open so we settled in with our drinks. My husband ordered the Reuben on marbled rye and I ordered the cheese steak. Both were excellent sandwiches served with fries. My sandwich was so big, I had to take half home to eat at another time. The second time we came, my husband ordered the crab dip and a salad and I decided on spaghetti with meatballs. The crab dip was a tad salty and way too much cheese for me. It was advertised as "lump" but they were so incorporated that it wasn't evident for me that they were in the dish. The toast points were better than crackers. Just do not order the spaghetti--frozen rubbery meatballs in a watery sauce with flat noodles. The garlic bread had been frozen and not prepared properly (it was soggy and inedible). I asked the waiter for a piece of regular bread. I did ask her if the meatballs were prepared in-house and she really couldn't answer the question. I would assume that these frozen meatballs are what comes on a meatball sub so I wouldn't order that either.

Nice atmosphere, got some great recommendations for beer from one of the staff. Food was decent not knock your socks off good. Bar food , limited menu but worth checking out. They have different things from other area places croque monsueir. Not sure that is spelled right fancy ham and cheese deep fried. They have a customizable charcuterie platter that could easily be a meal for two.

My 1st Crab cakes outside of Arizona.. I have found a new favorite food! Ordered the lunch special as a crab cake sandwich served with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. When I told the waitress I had never had them she sent or both on the side. The fries were good and the poutine served over their homemade tater tots with sage gravy was amazing!

A new very popular wine pub/bistro. The only restaurant of this type for many miles. Good quality and excellent wine and beer selection.
Took my husbands mother here for mother's day brunch. The place was pretty busy. We had reservations for five and they stuck us in a booth for four. One of our party had to sit in a chair hanging out in the walkway. That was a little uncomfortable. There was no ice in the water. The food was pretty good. My turkey sausage was really dry. Wouldn't order that again. The potatos were interesting. A mix of salty and sweet covered in old bay. Prices were just ok.

Oscars Ale House is a great restaurant for family dinner. Everything Iâve had has been great. The Cajun pizza is delicious. The burgers are amazing. The sandwiches are great, such as the turkey club. The Cajun pasta jambalaya is amazing. My wife loves their fried chicken salad which comes with two huge onion rings. The portion sizes are massive, you wonât go hungry. They also have daily and weekly specials. The beer selection is top notch, a wide variety for everyone. I highly recommend you try Oscars Ale House.
