A group of friends and I were here for drinks. They have a great trendy drink menu that could rival anything in the US cities. The decor is very comfortable and fun. We ordered a few apps; Fries and Nachos. The fries were good. The Nachos were chips with a bowl of melted cheese. They were good but not real nachos. I'd highly recommend Mentidero for drinks and a few apps. It is perfect for hanging out with friends. I'd also advise getting there early. We left around 11:30 and there was a line at the door.

Glotón - Bar de Carnes is a innovative concept for people to enjoy Argentinean grilled meat in a beautiful cozy bar. Here you can have a table of sliced meat to share with friends, served with sofisticated cocktails, wines or beers. We define ourselves as
Our waiter suggested the grilled ribs with BBQ sauce, and they were fantastic! Cooked perfectly, incredibly tender, and melted in my mouth. I'm not a huge fan of BBQ sauce, and this tasted like bottled but it went well with the ribs. Would definitely eat here again!

Antares is a chain and this location is great! Fun staff, heated outdoor seating, great food and a good selection of craft beer. You can also get beer flights here with cute little information cards about the beers. I returned here several times.

Clarke's Irish Bar is the only Authentic Irish bar in Cordoba, Argentina. A replica of an Irish Bar with its authentic Irish feel is a must see. From all the bric a brac that adorn its walls to the warm colors and cozy atmosphere. We have a complete bar f
This is a nice place to pop by for drinks. The atmosphere is almost pub-like, in an Argie way. They don't have Guinness or Kilkenny, which for a pub claiming to be Irish is a big no-no, but then, this is Argentina with a crazy president enforcing weird laws on imported stuff .... so they've replaced imported beers with local ones. Staff could be friendly and talk to publicans in general not just the regular ones. All in all, it's a nice place. Will come back for drinks next time I'm in Córdoba.

Our hosts told us this was their favorite local restaurant, so we followed their recommendation. We had a fantastic meal. Their specialty cocktails were interesting and delicious, ancient change from Malbec or beer. A yummy start. We shared a salad, pizza and salmon dish. The salad was fine, nothing extraordinary. We asked for our veggie pizza to be made without cheese. They got it right. A little olive oil, heaps of veggies and a thin crust that wasn't oily. It was delicious. Then came the salmon in an ice white wine sauce with delicious flavors. With the salmon came a vegetable mousse. Usually not my favorite, but this was the highlight of the meal. It was unbelievably tasty, with a fantastic texture. This was our best meal in Cordoba.

We didn't intend to go to Apartamento - we were looking for a highly recommended restaurant mentioned in the Lonely Planet, but it was closed! - but we were very happy that a guy working at a ice cream shop around the corner brought us here. (Seriously, he guided us to the restaurant because we appeared so distraught that the restaurant of choice was nowhere to be found.)The menu is eclectic and varied, offering you a chance to eat foods other than the ubiquitous steak or pizza. The cocktails are a real treat as well!

A group of us wanted to go here for many months so I tried to book a reservation. They don't take reservations even for large parties. The waitstaff seem to be very miserable, like they hate their jobs and people. They didn't bother to fake being nice, constant dirty looks and rolling of the eyes at every person they waited on or had to pass by. The food is ok. My friends are beer people, I'm not. They said the beer is really good. If you seek other types of beverages, naturally there isn't much to pick from as it is a beer house. Also the music is really loud so if you are looking for a place to have conversations with people, not really the best choice. I guess if you are looking for a good beer with passable snacks and don't care that your waiter hates the world - then this is the place.
