A sea port on the Tyrrhenian Sea, it is located 80 kilometres (50 miles) west-north-west of center of Rome, across the Mignone river. The harbour is formed by two piers and a breakwater, on which is a lighthouse. The name Civitavecchia means "ancient town". Population was around 53,000 as of 2015.

Just had wonderful quick dinner at this place we found with Trip Advisor. We wanted a break from the usual Italian restaurants. Took a burger and the other huge sandwich which its photos are shown here already. Everything was just great. Meat was very well made, and the bread is soft and crispy at the same time. Excellent place to stop by. Trust me.

You would never guess that this little beach side eatery with inside and outside seating could provide such a outstanding sandwiches, pastries and gelato at what I consider to be reasonable prices. We are tourists and stopped in because it was one of the only spots open during the mid afternoon. How lucky we were. It was SO GOOD we have been back three times, passing up other spots only because we knew we'd be pleased with the food and the service. The service here is outstanding, which complements the quality of the food.

Excellent choice serving Mexican food, Italian and Mediterranean dishes, very tasty and reasonable prices for the quality offered. Staff very friendly and always providing a top service. Usually full, I´d advice you to make reservation in advance, specially on weekends.

I visited Civitavecchia many times and this was one of my favorite places, excellent service, good environment, good variety of food, good wi fi but the best are people, they are charming and always helpful!This is one of the places where I wanna come back in Italy!Thank you very much for your words.
