Charlottetown's premiere Beer Garden is situated on the legendary Hunter's Corner. Built as a two storey house in the mid-1800's, the property eventually became Johnny's Mayfair Tearoom Restaurant. Several businesses were later housed in the building, inc
Charlottetown Beer Garden and Seafood Patio (Charlottetown Beer Garden) is a popular place in Charlottetown to meet with friends. Established in 2015, the establishment is known for its outdoor patio, live music, seafood-focused menu, and extensive selection of microbrew and draught beer. It is also known for its live, late-night shows and nightclub dancing. I was at Charlottetown Beer Gardens last night with a one of my suppliers from work. I had the fish and chips (one piece of hand-battered haddock served with tartar sauce and coleslaw) for $15 while listening to the acoustic stylings of Vintage 2.0. It came with a generous portion of hand-cut, Prince Edward Island fries and tasted really quite good. Vintage 2.0 did a great job entertaining the crowd with its stylish recreation of everyoneâs favorite songs! Originally the site of a two-storey house built in the mid-1800s, the property that now houses Charlottetown Beer Gardens was once home to Johnnyâs Mayfair Teamroom Restaurant (owned and operated by Sports Hall of Fame member John Squarebriggs). The site later became a bicycle shop and then a tattoo parlour before it burned to the ground in March of 2007. Look for Charlottetown Beer Garden on legendary Hunterâs Corner (190 Kent Street in the Prince Edward Island municipality of Charlottetown). It is open daily from 4:00 in the afternoon until 1:00 in the morning (1:30 in the morning on Fridays and Saturdays). Service is both fast and efficient. Red Island Hospitality Group currently operates Charlottetown Beer Garden as well as Hunterâs Ale House; The Factory Cookhouse and Dancehall; and John Brown Richmond Street Grille. Parking is available on the street for a fee.

Located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, our extensive menu gives you the option to order curries to your liking. We are often complimented for our finest selections, exotic flavors and sensuous aromas. Try us for a great dinning experience . .
We arrived, the place was not as swanky as I thought it would be, but Iâve been to worse Indian restaurants, this was OK. We husband and I ordered our dinner with rice, and although the food was really tasty. The rice was not hot, so I had to wolf the food down quickly, as I do not relish eating cold stews. The waitress was a bit like, âYou wanted the rice hot?â??? I donât want to be mean, but she smelt of B.O, which was not good in a food environment.

We went to The Old Triangle this evening at 6:30 with a reservation for 8 people. The waitress was very slow asking for drink orders and not returning to ask if more drinks were required, food was very slow to come, a couple of the oysters were bad, there was live entertainment and it was so loud we had to yell to each other to have a conversation. When we arrived there were only 5 other patrons at the time, so the staff were not busy. We won't be back for sure !!Hi Pioneer288640,Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and we are so sorry to learn of your disappointing experience last evening at our Pub. We value all of our guests and are always sad to hear when we have let anyone down on their visit. We'll be sure to address your concerns with our service and kitchen staff on duty last night to make sure these mistakes are quickly corrected. We pride ourselves on great food, friendly service and awesome live music but it seems we missed the mark with this visit. If you'd care to contact me via email [email protected] or by phone #902-892-5200 I'd be happy to apologize directly and see if we can make it up to you.Wishing you all the best and very sorry once again.Paul Mansour

Pub style restaurant with large patios flanking the corner property. Menu includes many variations on classic pub favorites (ask for the chicken curry nachos). Dine in and enjoy live entertainment nightly in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlottetown.
Hadn't been here in years after a bad experience, but our first choice wasn't yet serving lunch, so stopped here for lunch. Good choice of local craft beers. We had the Upstreet IPA and Ruby Social. The lunch meals were large servings. My wife couldn't eat all her Junior size Greek Nachos. I had The Philly and did clean my plate. Too full for deserts. Didn't realize until later that the Charlottetown tourist map has an ad from Hunter's with a 10% off offer.

A busy night with insufficient staff. A long wait for our food. The Fish and Chips were a disappointment with the fish overcooked to the point of being hard. The Quesadilla was good. Not our first time here but the worst experience so far. Maybe our last.

Ate here twice while staying in Charlottetown for 3 nights. After a disappointing experience elsewhere on the first evening this was a real find. Menu has a good range of options for coeliacs and the server and chef were very helpful in further adapting these to low dairy. Two excellent meals and we were made to feel so welcome.Hi SWMermaid,We're always happy to make sure we modify any items we can to meet your dietary needs! We're so happy you chose to visit us not once but twice and we hope you'll visit us again the next time you're in town.Thank you for sharing your review,Alyssa
