This is a nice town bar to watch a game. Locals seem to congregate here. They have popcorn and you can get free delivery from their pizza shop nearby. There isnât much of a selection on draft beers, but the prices are very reasonable. We ordered wings from the pizzeria. It took a while, but they were decent, cooked through, but missing crispiness, baked and not breaded. Again, we got more work wings than we ordered...bonus, along with the crispy celery with ranch and blue cheese dressing. This is a CASH ONLY business, but they have an ATM. Weâve been before and weâll come back again. We arenât locals, but we have a vacation home in the area.
Crabby and I stopped here for a beer. They have a great selection of craft beer. The Coconut Porter was fantastic. They have popcorn, chips. You can order small pizzas here, cooked onsite. This is a wonderful new brewery in an old farmhouse. The fall weather was rainy. So we did not play the outdoor games. We will definitely visit here again.

We went there twice while staying in town. First night, we were on the patio to hear some acoustic music. They had good brews especially the porter and up north ipa. Nice night to be outside relaxing. The other time we came to eat inside and had some delicious French dip, turkey Sami. Also good. Laid back stop.

We each had chowder and shared the beef sliders. Both were delicious. The wine pour was generous.Music was initially loud but they graciously turned it down when we requested.

As previous reviews have said, the fish & chips are awesome. The options between cod, whitefish or perch are perfect. You then get to choose 2 or 3 pieces (bring your appetite if you go with 3). For French fry lovers, the fries are CRISPY!Service is great, too!

Probably one of the better known restaurants in Charlevoix, known for nice view of channel and for the Earl Young designed fireplace and hearth. The waitstaff were personable but service a bit slow. The menu offeriings were routine and the food was average. Overall, pretty much an average experience. No doubt there are more charming restaurants in town with more exciting food offerings. 3 stars not meant to disparage the Weathervane, it was just okay.
