We had tested this restaurant randomly last year. We were really satisfied so we went back this year. I can then only confirm my previous review : good food, prices quite Ok for an altitude restaurant, location very nice.... I would certainly go back again and can recommend this place !

The Schuss team is happy to welcome you in a typical savoyard atmosphere. Come to discover our terrace . Come and try our tapas and locals cheeses with a glass of wine .
Very good mix of true Spanish tapas and adaptation of local fingerfood to tapas-style serving, with excellent service, good music and nice drinks. A great place for a simple and tasty lunch/dinner, just in a middle of the stationDear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. The 4810 is situated in the CGH Residence "Les Granges du Soleil", an ideal location to re-fuel yourself at lunchtime! The restaurant is accessible for residents via the lift, and skiers can access from the piste (Dou du Praz lift). The whole family will
Excellent place to relax after skiing, before dinner or anything else.Bruno is an outstanding host and his staff are really attentive. Don't miss happy hour, try his oysters if that's your thing (they're excellent!) and the food is super. We ate there (all 8 of us including two little ones) and it was done of the best food and service we'd ever had on skiing holidays. Not terribly expensive either.Highly recommended.Unable to rate as the ratings system didn't work but it's 5 star all they way!

Wood and fire place typic traditionnal french restaurant typic food with some italian and savoyards courses.
The duck laced with green pepper was delightful - a family recipe for sure of this restaurant that reflects an old family tradition. The Saint Nicolas carving just outside is a memento.I enjoyed the house speciality: a substantial serving of ham and other cuts accompanied with oven-baked potatoes. Not the usual fare here. The potatoes had been cut raw into long slivers, covered with local cheese and baken. Yummie!don't miss the desserts, BTW, worth saving a dedicated bit of room for them.

Friendly welcome guaranteed! Tuck into one of our hearty burgers or stonebaked Italian-style pizzas lunchtime or evening on our sunny terrace with a lovely view of the mountains. Enjoy our home-made authentic pizza dough, sauce made from Italian tomatoes,
Simple, straightforward, with lovely, friendly staff. There is noting extra special about this place. However the two times we visited we were made to feel really welcome by very friendly staff. They also do a great happy hour (or two) just as people are coming off the slopes. We did have a pizza one day and it was actually really good. So do give it a try when you are in Momtalbert.Later in the evening it becomes a young people's place, but early on it was great us us more mature visitors too!!
