Nice waitress and decent menu. The basics. Many Sunday specials. We had the fish which was tasty. Fries were good. Cole slaw basic. Service good. The place was crowded and noisy. You can eat indoors or outside. Wouldn't go far out of the way to stop again but it served the purpose of filling our bellies.

Just got done with dinner there. Got the shrimp tacos my husband got the lobster tacos, which is our most regular selection. Very disappointed in both. They were alright, but they use to be g eat. No cilantro or lime, very boring, big chunks of cabbage rind in mine. We should of been suspicious as the street was packed with cars and we walk in vno and we're the only ones in there. We looked across the street at Brooklyn Boyz and they're lined up to get in. We use to like vno but thay was our last time, it just keeps getting more and more disappointing.
The cheese curds are some of the best. Lightly breaded and perfectly prepared. The portion size is small. The olive burger is tasty. I like the addition of the pickle slices. Makes for a satisfying crunch. All the meals go by cool legislative names. The decor is meager. Mostly beer signs. Join the rewards club before you order. It is not retroactive to the just consumed meal.

This was the second time Iâve had lunch here, and this visit was just fine. The place was clean, food was tasty, the service was friendly and attentive, and prices were reasonable. The house salad served with my classic combo deserves special mention, since it was a nice mix of fresh ingredients and definitely tastier than the typical side salad you get at a franchise eatery. Beer drinkers take note that theyâve got Bellâs Two Hearted on draft here for just 4 bucks.

This is a great little bar/restaurant in Bay City, with lively night life. I was surprised to find out that they were actually open for breakfast. Our group normally goes to another local establishment for breakfast, but we had heard good things about The River Rock Café, so we decided to try it. It was awesome and will be our new go-to spot for breakfast.

Visited on a Wednesday evening - more than half the restaurant was empty. Ordered four side salads, the crab and shrimp fondue app and a personal size pizza (including sodas). The wait was an hour for that after ordering. The bill was $50. Too expensive to make this a regular stop as Luckyâs across the street has better food/deals. Weâll stick with them.

Mulligans Pub has been a local favorite for 27 years. It is well known for great food and large portions at incredibly low prices. The wait staff is extremely friendly and entertaining. The building was built in the late 1800's and has the original brick
This place is okay, but nothing outstanding! We have tried most other places in Bay City and even though the reviews were not good we thought we would give it a try. I knew to expect greasy bar food and that's pretty much what they have got. Our waitress was very good. She was friendly and service was spot on. My only complaint would be that when she told me the sides that came with my chicken dinner, I thought one of the choices was baked potato and that's what I ordered. When she delivered the mail it look like a little cup of mashed potatoes with bacon sprinkled on top of it. She said it was a twice baked potato. She quickly realized my misunderstanding and offered me a substitution after she delivered the food. I got the Santa Fe chicken dinner and since I wasn't sure about the barbecue sauce I asked for it on the side. The chicken was good and had melted cheese on it and then I just cut it up and dipped it in the barbecue sauce. That dinner came with a salad and I got thousand Island dressing which was pretty good. My friend got a captain jacks fish sandwich with a side of potato salad. He seemed to enjoy his sandwich and he had such a large sandwich that he brought half home. He also enjoyed his potato salad and when he asked the waitress if it was fresh made in house she said "no it was made by Gordon's"!! Too bad - since she could've said they slaved over the kitchen for days since he enjoyed it so much but she kind of ruined the moment!!Where does the greasy bar food come into play ? You got a Santa Fe chicken dinner which you said was good. I am sorry for the mix up on the baked potato as we serve a twice baked potato that people really enjoy. Both not your typical greasy bar food. Sounds like your friend really enjoyed his meal also, plus you got great service. We do get our potato salad from Gordons but we just use it as a base and doctor it up. A 2 star review is a liitle harsh for an enjoyable meal with great service at an extremely fair price. Rick

A friendly neighborhood tavern with very good food. Six of us went for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal, everything from salads to burgers to brats. Iâve heard the Irish stew is wonderful and will give it a try on another visit, and yes, there will be another visit. Fancy? Nope, not by a long shot, but if you want a good filling meal at a good price this is the place. Very friendly servers too. Good place.

Tavern 101 is a beer-forward restaurant and bar. Sure, we have a great selection of wine and spirits, but with 54 taps pouring an ever-changing selection of some of the best craft beers in the country, beer lives here! Our menu was designed as the perfect
My friends and I stopped by here during a bike ride just for drinks. The free appetizer popcorn provided was excellent along with the reasonably priced beer flight. Service was friendly and it took us to about the end of our stay to get the popcorn. High/low/bar and patio seating. Pretty loud due to Trivia night. I normally just get drinks when I come here but do recommended the flatbread if youâre hungry. I have and will return. We are glad you enjoyed everything, we'll see you next time!
