Passionate about the hotel industry and the American restaurant concept, after several years of restoration work, Fabio's Roadstop is the perfect fusion between the American concept and our Portuguese concept.
We ate here as a party of 5, with my parents and my 18 year old son. Everyone loved the food and the service was exceptional. We had the Fabio burgers which were amazing - you must try them! We also had the brownie - again it must be tried! Easy to find and very accommodating, we will be back!

Itâs as expected with mostly Brits missing home and it gets pretty smoked out with them smoking everywhere unfortunately.Drinks are chilled though and good value but often understaffed and glasses left on tables. For those that want an English pub thou itâs fine,No cook when we were there between 4- 7pm so drinks only time. so we didnât sample the food.

Arrived at 10am on a Thursday morning to find pool and beds already busy, so if you want a sunbed get there early. We wanted a bit of shade, so sat in a booth, which easily sat six people. Most of the clientele would be (like us) waiting for late flight home, and with the large pool and crazy golf course this was a pleasant place to be.We had a lovely cooked breakfast on arrival (5 euros), soft drinks (coke etc) were not a rip-off at 2 euros, and you can set up a tab at the bar. Chili burger for lunch was very filling. Service from everyone (from young bar staff to the owner) was fantastic.I stayed at Vale Parra, and if I return there I would certainly use them as a base again.Hi David and thankyou for your great review. It was much appreciated. Carrie
