This is my favorite pub & grill in Arcadia. The bar area is clean, the staff is friendly and Mary Flury (the kitchen magician) serves up a variety of quality food offerings that will satisfy your cravings. Stacked sandwiches with tasty combinations, homemade coleslaw, surprisingly tasty mashed potatoes and gravy along with the usual pub grub adornments like fries and breaded appetizers can be found among the menu items. My personal favorites are the Detox Signature Sandwiches and the Wednesday offering of a 14 oz slab of Prime Rib. Usually I have a salad instead of fries and I can't get over how fresh tasting even the salads are. Mary says that they try to source any produce locally. You can taste the difference. I recommend the Detox to all of my motorcycling friends as they travel through town. Fortunately for me it is only a couple of miles from my house. (I could almost push one of my bikes there, but I won't.) Best sandwich place in Arcadia, in my opinion.

Years ago we looked at furniture here and enjoyed some warm cookies. We heard they now had a pub in the Ashley Furniture store. We were in town for a wrestling meet and wanted to eat better than concession food. We did get two different entrees Fish sandwich and a Burger. Both were better than concessions. They had drink specials and it felt like an Old English style Pub. The hours aren't typical for a pub, but then again how many pubs are in a furniture store!
